چکیده
استراتژی توسعه شهری (CDS) فرایندی است که چشم انداز بلندمدت توسعه همه جانبه شهر را مشخص می سازد. در این طرح ها علاوه بر رویکرد کالبدی بر تقویت اقتصاد شهر، حفظ محیط زیست ، ارتقاء ساختار شهر نیز تاکید داشته و برنامه های کوتاه مدت اجرایی مسیردستیابی به اهداف برنامه تعیین می گردد. مشارکت مردم، برنامه ریزان و مدیران شهری در کلیه مراحل تهیه، اجرا و نظارت از معیارهای تحقق پذیری این استراتژی است. سردشت از جمله شهرهایی است که رویکرد حاکم بر برنامه ریزی آن؛ رویکرد بالا به پایین بوده که مشارکت مردم در توسعه شهری ضعیف می باشد. هدف این پژوهش شناخت نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدیدها شهر بر اساس رویکرد فوق است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی با بهره گیری از مدل SWOTبه منظور ارائه استراتژی های مناسب است. بدین منظور در پژوهش حاضر، عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر توسعه شهر با استفاده از پرسش نامه توسط کارشناسان شهری و شهروندان شناسایی شده و پس از ارزیابی و تشکیل ماتریس SWOTو وزن دهی عوامل مذکور استراتژ ی های مناسب ارائه شده است. نتایج حاصله از ارزیابی نشان می دهد که مناسب ترین استراتژی توسعه شهر سردشت SO(استراتژی های توسعه ای) با مشارکت فعال مردم است.Analysis of the Development Planning Sardasht With strategic approach City development Strategy (CDS)
