چکیده
کوچینگ، مدیریت کسب وکار نقش مهمی در یک سازمان ایفا می کند و نبود آن می تواند به موفقیت و پیشرفت یک سازمان ضربه بزند. مدیریت کسب وکار فقط به یک نقش بسنده نمی کند و می تواند در بخش های مختلفی ایفای نقش کند. هدف بررسی رابطه ی کوچینگ، توسعه فردی و مدیریت کسب و کار؛ بود. این تحقیق بصورت مطالعه ی کتابخانه ای، روش تحلیلی/ توصیفی صورت گرفت. در این مقاله محتوای مرتبط با موضوع مدیریت کسب و کار و کوچینگ در مقالات و کتابهای داخلی و خارجی به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و با رویکرد استقرایی، بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مقالات و متون علمی حاکی از این بود که چگونگی کمک های کوچینگ در بازار کسب و کار را نشان دهد، به بیان دیگر، مدیریت کسب وکار یک سلسله مراتب چند سطحی از راه حل های مختلف کسب و کار است که نشان می دهد چگونه سازمانی که به دنبال سود است، عملکردهای مختلفی مانند بازاریابی، فروش، استخدام کارکنان و خرید را برای حصول موفقیت به انجام می رساند.Investigating the relationship between coaching, personal development and business management
