تحلیل محتوای بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، با تأکید بر وظایف راهبرد عمل جوانان در گام دوم انقلاب

چکیده
بیانیه گام دوم به عنوان آغازگر «فرایند بزرگ و جهانی چهل سال دوم» انقلاب اسلامی، تأکیدی خاص بر جوانان با عبارت «محور تحقق نظام پیشرفته اسلامی»، در پی کاربست همت های بلند و انگیزه های جوان و انقلابی در گام دوم انقلاب بوده است؛ لذا هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر این است تا ضمن تشریح و تحلیل محتوای بیانیه، وظایف اقشار مختلف مخاطبان، به خصوص جوانان در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب را استخراج و با تجمیع شاخص های اصلی مدنظر رهبر انقلاب، وظایف و راهبرد عمل را در راستای گام دوم انقلاب مشخص کند. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است و با در نظر داشتن بیانیه گام دوم به عنوان سند محوری مقاله و بیانات موجود پیرامون جوانان، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، متون و بیانات تحلیل و کدگذاری شده است. با بررسی کیفی متن بیانیه، در کنار سایر بیانات رهبر انقلاب، وظایف و مدل های مربوط به مردم، مسئولین و جوانان احصا شده و با توجه به تمرکز اصلی بر جوانان، 6 شاخص اصلی به عنوان وظایف و راهبرد عمل جوانان در قالب: جهاد امیدآفرینی، جهاد پیشرفت، دین داری و توجه به اخلاق و معنویت، بینش انقلابی و جهاد سیاسی، تعالی نظام و عدالت اجتماعی، و جهاد علمی مشخص شده است. مطابق با بیانیه رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی، ویژگی های «جوان طراز گام دوم انقلاب» که آماده بر عهده گرفتن مسئولیت و حرکت در مسیر دومین مرحله خودسازی، جامعه پردازی و تمدن سازی باشد، در این گفتمان فردی کارآزموده و پرانگیزه، مسلح به نگاه انقلابی، روحیه انقلابی، عمل انقلابی، به علاوه میدان دار و جهادگر در حوادث و مسائل کشور است. همچنین لازمه میدان داری در حوادث کشور داشتن روحیه خودباوری و مجاهدت، احساس مسئولیت و نشاط و عمل سریع درعین حال دقت است.متن
Analyzing the Content of the Second Step Statement of the Iranian Revolution with the Emphasis on the Strategic Duties of the Youth in the Second Step of the Revolution
The leaders of the revolution on February ۱۳, ۲۰۱۸, addressed the Second step of the Iranian Revolution to the people of Iran, as "a beacon to illuminate the future path and progress of the Islamic Revolution of Iran"; This statement, as the initiator of the "great and global process of the second forty years", with a special emphasis on the youth with the phrase "the axis of realization of the advanced Islamic system", calls for the use of long efforts of the young individuals and revolutionary motivations in the second step of the revolution. Therefore, the present article intends to describe and analyze the content of the statement, extract the duties of different segments of the audience, especially the youth in the second step of the revolution and by combining the main indicators, the tasks and action strategy for the second step of the revolution. Methodologically, the present study has considered the text of the statement as a central document and has been analyzed and coded using the method of qualitative content analysis, texts and statements, taking into account the existing literature and statements about youth. By qualitatively examining the text of the statement, along with other statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the duties and models related to the people, officials and youth were counted. Religiosity and attention to morality and spirituality, progress jihad, system excellence and social justice, revolutionary vision and political jihad.
