The progression of Internet as a vehicle to penetrate and develop markets is far reached. Advancement in telecommunication and technology are very rapid in Malaysia. Further, the spur is supported and promoted by the government whilst Malaysian’s are receptive to this. However, Malaysian retailers seem to channel much of its turnover through the old avenue. This study is a litmus test on Malaysians awareness on the local apparel sites. Some of the highlighted rationale to shop for apparels online is the experience, convenience and availability. On the flip side, non-user friendly, safety and non-sensory environment are underscored. These variables are analyzed using Chi-Square analysis to test its statistical independence, followed by correlation and further regressed. The research is focused on university students within Klang Valley. There are limited resources to previous studies done on this subject as source of reference. Therefore, further studies can bring forth insights on retailers in Malaysia and the consumer’s behavior; or either one, as the catalyst influence awareness on our local apparel sites. Rhetorical as it may sound, no one is prepared to assume risks in a questionable market

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of university roles in entrepreneurial intentions among university students. This study is also measuring the functions of the system supports as the control variables towards entrepreneurial intentions. Universities seem to compete in the industry to provide and develop the entrepreneurial skills set to their students. Perhaps they may add more benefit in preparing and equipping their students as entrepreneurs once they completed their studies. The study was conducted in local universities. Three hundred respondents were approached in getting the data compiled. Based on that, only 250 complete and usable data received in returns. An 83% response rate is achieved because the sample was from a list of young entrepreneurs' schemes currently being assessed by the government agencies. Questionnaires used to validate the items from university roles (6 items), entrepreneurial intentions (5 items), and finally support systems (6 items). Likert scales were used to measure all the items. Besides that, there are also seven questions for respondents' profiles. The results indicate that all tested hypothesized were positively significant. Universities should consider finding ways to develop and motivating their students towards entrepreneurial intentions. Further study may continue the model with different sets of control variables for concrete solutions in managing the student's entrepreneurial intentions.

Over the last few decades, both developed and developing countries have an increasing trend in technology but with an enormous gap, particularly in the education sector. The e-learning following institutions can achieve benefits by evaluating their e-learning readiness through up-front analysis. Moreover, several models have been introduced to measure e-learning readiness for developed countries but these are not adequate for developing countries.  This paper introduced the e-learning readiness evaluation model for the developing country, Libya, by considering the primary education sector. Furthermore, this study examines the e-learning level of readiness in the staff of the primary school. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the e-learning readiness of staff by directing factors of e-learning readiness i.e. cultural readiness, content readiness, and technology readiness. To achieve this objective, this paper collects data through questionnaires, and respondents are 110 staff member of primary schools in Yefren, Libya. Therefore, the multivariate analysis shows that the e-learning readiness factors have e significant relationship with the adoption of e-learning because most teachers are well prepared and ready. Likewise, results indicate that technology is the most significant factor instead of other e-learning readiness factors. According to the views of staff, there should be more content development training required for primary school staff. Thus, the demographic structure is inadequate to enhance the e-learning but the staff is ready for e-learning. Consequently, this study emphasizes the significance of cultural readiness and its relationship with the adoption of e-learning in primary education sectors’ development in Yefren, Libya.

Nowadays, many companies cannot see the digital investment that plays a main role in the IR 4.0. Therefore, this study is investigating the study of investment as plays a critical role in an analytical activity to assess the benefits and costs of an investment and can be used as an investment justification. Traditional investment appraisal uses a financial approach where the benefits and costs are quantified in a certain amount of value for money and then compared in value. Moreover, this study is revealed the fruitful outcomes because revealed the investment valuation method with NPV (Net Present Value) and ROV (Real Option Valuation). ROV is an alternative to financial valuation. Seeding from the same philosophy as Financial Option, ROV has advantages in handling the flexibility, risk, and volatility that may occur from an investment. Thus, ROV is considered more able to appreciate an investment that has these characteristics. Investment appraisal with ROV is better able to appreciate investment than traditional financial methods, as shown by ROV's NPV results in the case of marketing with Loyalty points through email communication as a digital investment that are greater than ordinary NPV. This is because ROV can appreciate flexibility in investments that have choices of investment plans in the future

The application of machine learning technologies for cancer detection purposes are rising due to their ever-increasing accuracy. Melanoma is one of the most common types of skin cancer. Detection of melanoma in the early stages can significantly prevent illness and fetal death. The application of innovative machine learning technology is highly relevant and valuable due to medical practitioners' difficulty in early-stage diagnoses. This paper provides an open-source tutorial on the performance of an algorithm that helps to diagnose melanoma by extracting features from dermatoscopic images and their classification. First, we used a Dull-Razor preprocessing method to remove extra details such as hair. Next, histogram adjustments and lighting thresholds were used to increase the contrast and select lesion boundaries. After using a threshold, a binary-classified version of image was obtained, and the boundary of the lesion was determined. As a result, the features from skin tissue were extracted. Finally, a comparative study was conducted between three methods which are Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The results show that ANN could achieve better accuracy (83.5%). In order to mitigate the biases in existing studies, the source code of this research is available at hadi-naghavipour.com/ml to serve aspiring researchers for improvement, correction and learning and provide a guideline for technology manager practitioners.
