چکیده

بیان مسئله: چاپ سنگی از دوره قاجار (1249ق) به ایران وارد شد و متعاقباً نقش مهمی در هنر و به ویژه حوزه تصویرسازی داستانی برجای نهاد. در این بین یکی از آثار برخوردار از تصویرسازی کتاب مثنوی الاطفال است. این اثر که تلخیصی از روایت های مولوی بود، در دوره قاجار توسط مفتاح الملک تغییراتی در آن ایجاد و در 1309ق از سوی هنرمندی به نام میرزا مصطفی تصویرسازی و سپس منتشر شد (محفوظ در کتابخانه آستان قدس رضوی با شماره ثبت ۳۵۵۹۴).هدف پژوهش: مثنوی الاطفال با برخورداری از 44 تصویر ازجمله کتاب های مصور ارزشمند است که تا حد زیادی بازتابی از باورها و خواست جامعه زمانه خود را نمایش می دهد. این پژوهش بر آن است با بررسی شخصیت گزینی در تصویرسازی روایت های مربوط به انبیاء الهی و تطبیق بین متن مکتوب و تصویرسازی تولیدی، میزان تأثیر متن مکتوب و نیز باورهای جامعه که میرزا مصطفی نماینده بروز آن محسوب می شود را مورد واکاوی قرار دهد.سؤال پژوهش: وجوه اشتراک و افتراق از منظر شخصیت گزینی در تصاویر تا چه میزان است؟روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با تکیه بر روش توصیفی-تحلیلی نگارش یافته و جامعه موردمطالعه از میان 44 تصویرسازی مربوط به 39 داستان، صرفاً 8 تصویرسازی مربوط به 7 داستان است که مبنی بر مطالعه تحلیلی-تطبیقی در تاریخِ هنر، سرانجام یافته است.یافته ها: مبنی بر بررسی صورت پذیرفته، یافته ها حاکی از آن است که تصویرساز مثنوی الاطفال (میرزا مصطفی)، شخصیت های داستان های مربوط به انبیاء الهی را تا حدودی مطابق با ویژگی هایی مذکور در داستان های کتاب، تصویرسازی کرده است (وفاداری به متنِ اولیه). بااین حال، در قسمت هایی فراتر از شعر و با استفاده از هنجارهای حاکم بر جامعه و ذوق و ایده های شخصی تصاویری در کنار شخصیت های اصلی داستان به تصویر درآورده است (افزایش شخصیت های بصری) و گاه با کاهش بعضی از شخصیت ها یا انتخاب بخشی خاص از داستان، به تصویرسازی واقعه مذکور پرداخته است (کاهش شخصیت های بصری).

Investigating the selection of characters in the depiction of divine prophets in the lithographic book of Masnavi al-Atfaal

Statement of the problem: Stone printing was introduced to Iran from the Qajar period (1249 AH) and subsequently played an important role in art, especially in the field of narrative illustration. Among them, one of the works has the illustration of Masnavi al-Atfal book. This work, which was a summary of Maulvi's narratives, was modified by Miftah al-Molk during the Qajar period in line with school literature, illustrated by an artist named Mirza Mustafa in 1309, and then published (preserved in Astan Quds Razavi Library with registration number 35594).The purpose of the research: Masnavi al-Atfal, with its 44 images, is valuable among illustrated books, which largely reflects the beliefs and desires of the society of its time. This research aims to analyze the influence of the written text as well as the beliefs of the society, which Mirza Mostafa is considered to represent, by examining the selection of characters in the depiction of the narratives related to divine prophets and the comparison between the written text and the production illustration.Research Question: The main focus of the current research is to answer this question, to what extent there is a connection in the depiction of the characters mentioned in the written text and subsequently its reflection in the visual text of the stories related to the divine prophets, as well as the commonalities and differences. To what extent is it from the point of view of character selection in the images?Research method: This research was written based on the descriptive-analytical method, and among the 44 illustrations related to 39 stories, only 8 illustrations are related to 7 stories, which was based on an analytical-adaptive study in the history of art.Findings: Based on the investigation, the findings indicate that the illustrator of Masnavi al-Atfal (Mirza Mustafa) illustrated the characters of the stories related to divine prophets to some extent in accordance with the characteristics mentioned in the stories of the book (loyalty to the original text).
