چکیده
تشکل مباحث الألفاظ جزءا مهمامن بحوث اصول الفقه ومن أهمها مسأله وضع الألفاظ، ویتفرع علی ذلک البحث عن الإستعمال فبعدأن یوضع اللفظ لمعنى یصبح تصوراللفظ سبباً لتصورالمعنى،ویأتی عندئذٍ دورالاستفاده من هذه العلاقه اللغویه التی قامت بینهما فإذا کنت ترید أنْ تعبِّر عن ذلک لشخص آخر وتجعله یتصوره فی ذهنه فبإِمکانک أنْ تنطق بذلک اللفظ الذی أَصبح سبباً لتصورالمعنى.لم یتعرض الأصولیون للإستعمال وحقیقته إلا الیسیر منهم بصوره مقتضبه ماعدا الشهیدالصدر الذی تناولها بالنقد والتحلیل مستعرضاالآراء والوجوه التی یمکن أن تطرح فی هذا الصدد.واختلف الأصولیون فی جواز إراده أکثر من معنی من اللفظ الواحد فی استعمال واحد،علی أن یکون کل من المعانی مرادا من اللفظ علی حده ،فالمانع برأی القائلین بعدم الجواز هوتعلق لحاظین بملحوظ واحد فی آن واحد.بما أنّ البحث عن نظریه الإستعمال واستعمال اللفظ فی أکثر من معنی لم تنقح وتهذب ولازال یعانی من الغموض والتعقید،لذلک قامت هذه الدراسه بمناقشه آراء الاصولیین وعرض اشکالاتهم،مقارنه بعضها مع بعض.الکلمات الدلیلیه: الإستعمال،الإراده الإستعمالیه،شروط الإستعمال،الوضعStudying the theory of using the word in most of the meaning in that unit
