اندیشه های مدیریتی امام خمینی (ره) در روابط با بیگانگان

چکیده
ا امام خمینی(ره) به عنوان یک مجتهد جامع الشرایط نواندیش، آشنا به امور زمان و مقتضیات و واقعیات آن بود که ضمن طرح تئوری تعامل دین و سیاست؛ فصل تازه ای در اندیشه سیاسی به وجود آورد. آن حضرت با تأسی به آموزه های الهی و سیره ائمه اطهار (ع)؛ استقلال دولت های اسلامی و مقابله با نظام سلطه را مطرح و نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را بر پایه حفظ عزت، سیادت مسلمانان و نفی هرگونه سلطه بیگانگان بنیان نهاد. معمار کبیر انقلاب اسلامی معتقد بود روابط مسلمانان با کشورهای غیر اسلامی باید بر اساس قاعده «نفی سبیل» برنامه ریزی شود. تتبع در اندیشه های والای مدیریتی آن حضرت بیش از هر زمان دیگری ضروری به نظر می رسد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و برای گردآوری اطلاعات آن از ابزار فیش برداری بامطالعه کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. این جستار درصدد پاسخ به این سؤالات است اولاً: جایگاه قاعده نفی سبیل در تعالیم اسلامی کجاست؟ ثانیاً: اندیشه های امام خمینی(ره) در مورد قاعده نفی سبیل چیست؟ یافته ها نشان می دهد قاعده نفی سبیل یکی از اصول بسیار مهم فقهی در اسلام است که بر کلیه روابط بین المللی آن حکومت می کند و در اندیشه های مدیریتی امام خمینی(ره) نیز، روابط اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و نظامی مسلمانان با بیگانگان باید بر مبنای آن قاعده طراحی شود که در این صورت، بیگانگان هیچ گونه راه استیلاء نخواهند داشت و همواره عزت، استقلال، شرافت و اصالت مسلمانان در تمامی عرصه ها حفظ خواهد شد.Management thoughts of Imam Khomeini (RA) in relations with foreigners
Imam Khomeini as a comprehensive mujtahid of new thinking, was familiar with the affairs of the time and its requirements and realities. It created a new chapter in political thought. That Hazrat, with the help of the divine teachings and the life of the Imams of Athar, He advocated the independence of Islamic states and confronting the domination system and founded the Islamic Republic of Iran on the basis of preserving the honor, sovereignty of Muslims and rejecting any foreign domination. The great architect of the Islamic Revolution believed that the relations between Muslims and non-Islamic countries should be planned based on the rule of "mustache negation". It seems more necessary than ever to follow the noble management thoughts of that Prophet. Descriptive-analytical research method was used to collect information from a survey tool with a library study. This essay seeks to answer these questions: First: where is the position of the rule of negation of mustache in Islamic teachings? Secondly: What are the thoughts of Imam Khomeini regarding the rule of negation of mustache? The findings show that the rule of negating a mustache is one of the most important jurisprudential principles in Islam, which governs all its international relations and in the managerial thoughts of Imam Khomeini, the economic, political, cultural and military relations of Muslims with foreigners should be designed based on that principle in this case, foreigners will not have any way to conquer Muslims and the dignity, independence, honor and authenticity of Muslims will always be preserved in all fields.
