چکیده
«حدیث التهنئه» با عبارت «سَلِّمُوا عَلَى عَلِی بِإِمْرَهِ الْمُؤْمِنِین»، از جمله نصوص جلیه بر امامت امیرالمومنین(ع) و یکی از قرائن و شواهد قطعی بر مراد از مولی در حدیث متواتر «من کنت مولاه فعلی مولاه» است. قوشجی متکلم اشعری در «شرح تجرید» با توجه به صراحت این سخن رسول خدا(ص) در خلافت و امامت بلافصل امیرالمؤمنین(ع)، برای پاسخ از استدلال به این حدیث تلاش فراوانی کرده است. مهم ترین دستاویز برای نفی نصوص جلیه بر امامت امیرالمؤمنین(ع) از جمله «حدیث التهنئه» اقدام صحابه به تعیین خلیفه است. این مقاله که عمدتاً مبتنی بر مصادر قابل قبول اهل سنت است بعد از تبیین استناد به حدیث التهنئه به عنوان نص جلی بر خلافت بلافصل امیرالمؤمنین علی(ع) به تفصیل شبهات قوشجی را پاسخ داده و با تأمل در حجیت فعل صحابه ثابت می کند در بحث امامت نمی توانیم فعل صحابه را ملاک و مستند قرار دهیم و تنها راه صحیح استخراج ملاک و میزان از قرآن و سنت قطعیه است برای بررسی آنچه بعد از رسول خدا ص واقع شده است.Analysis and analysis of Fazel Ghoshji's opinion about "Hadith al-Tahna'a"

This article, which is mainly based on Sunni sources, after explaining the citation of the hadith al-Tahni'ah as a clear text on the immediate caliphate of Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (A.S.), answers in detail the doubts of Ghoshji and examines the authenticity of the actions of the Companions.
