تبیین مبانی و اصول تعریض خیابان های شهری با رویکرد آموزه های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی (خیابان سنایی مشهد)

چکیده
یکی از موضوعاتی که شهرهای امروز ایران با آن مواجه اند، موضوع تعریض خیابان های شهری است. تعریض خیابان های شهری در بافت قدیم شهرها موجب ایجاد بروز مشکلات متنوع در جنبه های مختلف شهر می شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی مشکلات خیابان های در حال تعریض و تعریض یافته و ارائه شیوه ای برای تعریض مطلوب تر است. همچنین این تحقیق به بیان راهکارهایی برای برنامه ریزی و طراحی مطلوب تر خیابان های در دست تعریض با تمسک بر آموزه های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی می پردازد. جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مشاهده، برداشت های میدانی و مطالعات اسنادی و تحلیل اطلاعات و داده ها، به کمک بهره گیری از روش های توصیفی تحلیلی، مستندسازی و تحلیل گرافیکی صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، بی توجهی به جداره های با ارزش و هویتمند خیابان ها، درختان کهنسال حاشیه خیابان های قدیمی و نیز نادیده گرفتن فرهنگ، دین و مذهب شهروندان و نیازهای آنها، مصالح و هنر بومی آنهاست. با عنایت به این نوشتار می توان گفت خیابان سنایی (به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه) که چندین دهه است درگیر تعریض می باشد و طی این سال ها دچار بی نظمی و آشفتگی در موضوعات ترافیکی، کالبدی، بصری و زیست محیطی گشته، انتخاب شده است. برای تعریض این خیابان پیشنهاد شد که از یک جداره عقب نشینی صورت گیرد تا هم یک جداره باقی بماند و هم درختان کهنسال قطع نشوند. توجه و تاکید بر هنر، مصالح بومی، آموزه های اسلامی و فرهنگ ایرانی تا حد قابل توجهی می تواند آثار سوء تعریض خیابان های شهری را کاهش دهد و خیابان حاصل از تعریض می تواند از هویت، پایداری و کیفیت قابل قبولی برخوردار باشد.Explaining the basics and principles of urban street widening with the approach of Islamic teachings and Iranian culture (Sanaei Street, Mashhad
One of the issues that Iran's cities are facing today is the widening of urban streets. The widening of urban streets in the old fabric of cities causes various problems in different aspects of the city. The purpose of this research is to investigate the problems of widening and widened streets and to provide a better method for widening. Also, this research deals with the solutions for better planning and design of the streets in the process of widening with reference to Islamic teachings and Iranian culture. Collecting the required information through observation, field observations and documentary studies and analysis of information and data has been done with the help of descriptive analytical methods, documentation and graphic analysis. The results of this research are the neglect of the valuable and identity walls of the streets, the old trees on the side of the old streets, as well as the neglect of the culture, religion and religion of the citizens and their needs, their native materials and art. With regard to this article, it can be said that Sanaei Street (as the studied example) which has been involved in widening for several decades and has become disorderly and chaotic in traffic, physical, visual and environmental issues, has been selected. In order to widen this street, it was suggested to retreat from one wall so that only one wall remains and the old trees are not cut. Attention and emphasis on art, local materials, Islamic teachings and Iranian culture can significantly reduce the effects of urban street widening and the resulting street can have an identity, stability and acceptable quality.
