طراحی مدل تواضع مربی، تسهیم دانش و تنوع گروهی با خلاقیت بازیکنان لیگ برتر والیبال ایران (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
خلاقیت بازیکنان لیگ برتر والیبال ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را تمام بازیکنان و مربیان 9 تیم لیگ برتر والیبال بانوان تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تمام شمار در نظر گرفته شد (126 نفر). از پرسشنامه تواضع مربی ، خلاقیت بازیکنان، تسهیم دانش، برونگرایی و پرسشنامه گشودگی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. هم چنین در این پژوهش از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 و نرم افزار Smart Pls نسخه 3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش در بازیکنان رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. در حالی که بین تواضع مربی با خلاقیت بازیکنان رابطه منفی معناداری مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این، بین تسهیم دانش با خلاقیت بازیکنان رابطه مثبت معناداری به دست آمد. تسهیم دانش در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با خلاقیت نقش میانجی ندارد. همچنین، گشودگی در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش بازیکنان نقش تعدیلگر معناداری داشت در حالی که نقش تعدیلگر برونگرایی در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش بازیکنان معنادار نبود. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود کمیته مربیان فدراسیون والیبال دورههای آموزشی جهت آشنایی مربیان با سبکهای مربیگری برگزار نماید.Designing model of coach's humility, knowledge sharing and group diversity with the creativity of Iranian volleyball players
The general purpose of the current research was to test the communication model of the coach's humility, knowledge sharing and group diversity with the creativity of the Iranian premier volleyball league players. The research type was of a descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the players and coaches of 9 women's volleyball premier league teams. The sampling method was taken as a whole number (126 people). The coach's humility questionnaire, players' creativity, knowledge sharing, extroversion and openness questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Also, SPSS software version 26 and Smart Pls software version 3 were used in this research. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the humility of the coach and knowledge sharing among of the Iranian volleyball premier league players. In addition, a significant positive relationship was obtained between knowledge sharing and players' creativity. Knowledge sharing does not play a mediating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the players' creativity. Also, openness had a significant moderating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in of the Iranian premier volleyball league players, while the moderating role of extroversion was not significant in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in the Iranian premier volleyball league players. Therefore, it is suggested that the coaches committee of the volleyball federation organize training courses to familiarize coaches with coaching styles.
