چکیده
فضاهای عمومی شهری یکی از مهم ترین گونه های فضاهای شهری محسوب می شد. فضاهایی که عموم شهروندان از هر قشر، سن، نژاد و صنفی بدون هیچ گونه محدودیتی حق استفاده از آن را دارا هستند .هدف از بررسی و ارزیابی کاربری اراضی با تأکید بر فضاهای عمومی (نمونه موردی محله های منطقه ده تهران) به طور کلی، می توان ارزیابی وضعیت کمی فضاهای عمومی، سطح بندی ،تجزیه و تحلیل، پراکنش و نحوه استقرار فضاهای عمومی در سطح محله های منطقه ده شهر تهران را بیان کرد. پژوهش از نوع کارکردی و از نوع روش اکتشافی و توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه مورد بررسی، کل جمعیت منطقه ده کلانشهر تهران با 818 هکتار وسعت، سه ناحیه و 10 محله می باشد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات بر اساس روش کتابخانه ای، اسنادی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از آخرین طرح تفصیلی منطقه ده تهران و بر مبنای سرشماری نفوس و مسکن سال 1395 جمع آوری گردیده است. سطح بندی ،تجزیه و تحلیل، پراکنش و نحوه استقرار فضاهای عمومی در سطح محله های منطقه ده شهر تهران را بیان کردارزیابی فضاهای عمومی محله های منطقه ده تهران به وسیله 5 شاخص اصلی و 5 زیر شاخص آن ها انجام شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس مدل آنتروپی شانون و نرم افزارGIS و Excelو SPSS انجام شده است. بر این اساس هر یک از محله های منطقه ده تهران از نظر شاخص های مورد نظر رتبه بندی و سطح بندی شده اند که نتایج در جداول و نقشه ها ارائه شده است همچنین سطح و سرانه وضع موجود هر یک از کاربری های عمومی با سرانه و سطح استاندارد مقایسه و در جداول مجزا محاسبه گردیده است.Land use assessment with emphasis on public spaces (Case Study: Districts of Deh District, Tehran)
Urban public spaces were one of the most important types of urban spaces. Areas that citizens of all walks of life, age, race and class have the right to use without any restrictions. The quantitative evaluation of public spaces, leveling, analysis, distribution and distribution of public spaces in the neighborhoods of districts of the city of Deh-Tehran revealed. The research is a descriptive-analytic one. The population under study is the total population of the Deh-Metropolitan Area of Tehran with 818 hectares, three districts and 10 neighborhoods. The method of data collection is library based. The required information has been collected from the latest detailed plan of Deh-Tehran based on the population and housing census of 2016. Evaluation of public spaces of Deh-Tehran neighborhoods has been done by 5 main indicators and 5 sub-indices. The results were analyzed using Shannon entropy model TOPSIS and GIS and SPSS software. Accordingly, each of the neighborhoods of Deh-Tehran is ranked and ranked according to the desired indices. The results are presented in tables and maps as well as the level and per capita status of each public land use compared to standard per capita levels.
