بررسی میزان رضایتمندی افراد کم توان و توانیاب از مبلمان شهری در فضاهای همگانی شهر تهران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
لازمه حضور تمامی شهروندان در فضای شهری، توجه به اهمیت موضوع مناسب سازی فضا و مبلمان شهری برای استفاده افراد کم توان و توانیاب می باشد. در ایران به این موضوع بسیار کمتر پرداخته شده است و این امر باعث می شود که تمامی افراد با هر میزان توانایی نتوانند به راحتی در فضاهای شهری حضور پیدا کنند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان رضایت افراد کم توان و توانیاب از وضعیت مناسب سازی مبلمان شهری موجود در شهر تهران می باشد. در همین راستا پس از مطالعه منابع کتابخانه ای، با استفاده از پرسش نامه و انجام مصاحبه با کارشناسان به ارزیابی میزان رضایت افراد کم توان از مبلمان شهری و فضای شهری پرداخته شده است. مصاحبه ها به صورت گلوله برفی انجام شده و به منظور تحلیل مصاحبه های انجام شده، از تحلیل محتوای مقوله ای استفاده شده است؛ اکثر مصاحبه شوندگان کم توان هستند و یا فعال در این حوزه می باشند. همچنین به منظور آگاهی از مشکلات موجود در مبلمان شهری در شهر تهران پرسش نامه ای تدوین و در اختیار افراد کم توان و توانیاب قرار گرفت. تعداد پاسخ دهندگان به پرسش نامه ها 81 نفر بوده است و اطلاعات مربوط به آن با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان می دهد که میزان رضایت افراد کم توان از مبلمان شهری در شاخص های مورد بررسی بسیار کم می باشد و تقریباً در هیچ موضوعی رضایت مندی کامل از سوی افراد کم توان جذب نشده است. به منظور حل مشکلات موجود در محدوده هدف، به کارگیری راهکارهایی همچون تجهیز ایستگاه های حمل و نقل به رمپ و آسانسور، طراحی مبلمان شهری برای استفاده تمامی گروه های کم توان، جانمایی مناسب مبلمان شهری، مکانیابی تابلوهای حسی و صوتی در تقاطع ها، حذف میله های مانع می تواند به افزایش میزان رضایتمندی افراد کم توان کمک نماید.Assessing the Level of the disabled people' Satisfaction about urban furniture (Tehran City)
The presence of all citizens in the urban space requires attention to the importance of the issue of adapting the urban furniture for the use of the disabled people. In Iran, this issue has received little attention. This makes it impossible for all people with any ability to be present in urban spaces easily. The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of satisfaction of disabled people with the adaptation of urban furniture in Tehran. In this regard, after studying library resources, using a questionnaire, and conducting interviews with experts, have assessed the level of satisfaction of people with disabilities from urban furniture and public space. the interviewees were selected using the snowball method, and to analyze the interviews, categorical content analysis was used; Most of the interviewees are disabled or active in this field. Also, a questionnaire was designed to be aware of the problems of urban furniture in Tehran and provided to people with disabilities. The number of respondents to the questionnaires was 81. the information was analyzed using SPSS software. The results show that the level of satisfaction of disabled people with urban furniture is low in the studied indicators and almost no subject is complete satisfaction satisfied by the disabled. Using solutions such as equipping transportation stations with ramps and elevators, designing urban furniture for the use of disabled people, proper placement of urban furniture, locating sensory and audio panels at intersections, removing barriers; Can help increase the level of satisfaction of disabled people.
