چکیده
ترس از جرم همواره به عنوان یک مقوله در سطح اول تحقیقات جرم شناسانه در کشور انگلستان مطرح بوده است. در این نوشتار که با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و با هدف بررسی سازوکارهای به کار گرفته شده برای کشف جرایم و حفظ امنیت داخلی و بین المللی بریتانیا نگاشته شده است به دنبال پاسخ به این سئوال اصلی است که آیا در حقوق انگلستان سازوکارهای منسجمی برای این هدف وجود دارد؟ جایگاه سازمان های مسئول و نحوه به کارگیری قوانین برای کشف جرایم در این کشور چگونه است؟ تلاش مسئولین در این کشور در جهت کنترل جرم و همچنین افزایش فضای احساس امنیت در جامعه مثال زدنی است صرفنظر از فعالیت پلیس و سیستم قضایی، سیستم های گسترده اطلاعاتی در این کشور نقش برجسته ای را در کشف و کنترل جرایم دارا می باشند. سازمان های مربوطه در این کشور از دو بخش عمده تشکیل شده اند، اولین دسته سازمان ه ایی هستند که به نوعی تحت نظارت دولت قرار دارند مانند سازمان های MI5، MI6، GCHQ و سازمان پلیس این کشور و دسته دوم به عنوان نهادهای مستقل قابل شناسایی است مانند سرویس اطلاعات و امنیت پارلمان و یا سازمان SOCA و جایگزین این سازمان که به طور کامل با سازمان های دسته اول در ارتباط هستند.The Position of British Security Officers in the Detection of Crimes

What is the position of the responsible organizations and how to apply the laws to detecting crimes in this country? The efforts of the authorities in this country to control crime and also to increase the sense of security in the society is exemplary. Regardless of the police and judicial system, the extensive information systems in this country play a prominent role in detecting and controlling crimes. The relevant organizations in this country are made up of two main parts, the first category is the organizations that are somehow under the supervision of the government, such as MI5, MI6, GCHQ and the police organization of this country, and the second category is The title of independent institutions can be identified, such as the Intelligence and Security Service of the Parliament or the SOCA organization and its replacements, which are fully connected with the first category organizations.
