شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد فرهنگ ایثار اجتماعی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

چکیده
فرهنگ ایثار یکی از ارزش هایی است که در تمام جوامع بشری دارای جایگاه خاصی است و به عنوان فرهنگی است که انسان از طریق آن می تواند به ملاک های انسانی و اخلاقی الهی دست یابد؛ بنابراین مفهوم، هدف این مقاله شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد فرهنگ ایثار اجتماعی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. روش پژوهش پیش رو بر مبنای هدف؛ کاربردی و بر مبنای استراتژی؛ توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال به تعداد 156 نفر است. روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای میدانی است که با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه به تعداد 29 سؤال است که این سؤالات بر اساس مطالعه مبانی نظری موضوع و نظر خبرگان تنظیم گردید و در اختیار پاسخ گویان قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد ابعاد نگرشی، رفتاری و اجتماعی همراه با شاخص های آن به عنوان عوامل مهم مؤثر بر فرهنگ ایثار اجتماعی در بین اساتید دانشگاه مورد تأیید است.Identifying of the effective factors on creating a culture of social self-sacrifice in Islamic Azad University
The culture of self-sacrifice is one of the values that has a special place in all human societies and is a culture through which human beings can achieve on human and moral standards. According to this concept, the purpose of this article is to identify of effective factors on creation of a culture of social sacrifice in the Islamic Azad University. Method of present research based on purpose; Applied, and based on strategy, is a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study includes professors of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch that is number of them 156 . The study method is library-field, which by a questionnaire with questions 29 were prepared based on the study of the theoretical foundations of subject and opinions of experts and were provided to the respondents. Findings of the study using regression test showed that the attitudinal, behavioral and social dimensions along with its indicators are confirmed as important factors affecting the culture of social self-sacrifice among university professors.
