چکیده
اعتیاد به مواد مخدر از مهم ترین مشکلات عصر مدرن است که موجب ناکارآمدی افراد جامعه شده و با ایجاد مشکلات عمده در زمینه های سلامتی، رفتاری و اقتصادی، باعث از بین رفتن زندگی و بودجه ملی برای مبارزه یا جبران صدمات ناشی از آن شده است.این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه قاطعیت، نگرش به مسئولیت و جهت گیری زندگی با ماندگاری در درمان اعتیاد مددجویان مرد مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر زنجان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربردی و روش توصیفی و با گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه و از نمونه آماری به تعداد 153 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری نسبتی در دسترس از جامعه آماری مددجویان مرد مراکز ترک اعتیاد زنجان بررسی شد. جهت بررسی مدل مفهومی و آزمون فرضیه ها نیز از ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج آزمون ضریب همبستگی روابط بین متغیرهای ماندگاری درمان اعتیاد، قاطعیت، نگرش به مسئولیت و جهت گیری زندگی مددجویان به صورت مثبت و معنادار بوده و ضرایب تأثیر مسیرهای مرتبط با قاطعیت، نگرش به مسئولیت و جهت گیری زندگی مددجویان بر ماندگاری درمان اعتیاد مددجویان به صورت مثبت و معنادار گزارش شد.بنابراین قاطعیت، نگرش به مسئولیت و جهت گیری زندگی از عوامل مؤثر در پیش بینی ماندگاری درمان اعتیاد مددجویان مرد است.the Relationship between of assertiveness, attitude towards responsibility and life orientation with retention in addiction treatment of male clients (Case study: Zanjan addiction treatment centers
Drug use is one of the most important and high problems of the society that causes inefficiency and by creating major problems in the fields of health, behavior and economy, it causes the national life to go to life and the budget to fight or compensate for the injuries caused by it. The aim of this study was to determine the decisive relationship, attitude towards responsibility and orientation of life with sustainability in the treatment of clients in the centers of the center of Zanjan.The present study was applied and the method was descriptive and by collecting information through a questionnaire and a statistical sample of 153 people in the form of available relative sampling was removed from the statistical population of clients of Zanjan Allocation Center. Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis model were used to conceptualize and test the hypotheses. Based on the correlation coefficient test, the relationship between the two countries, treatment, assertiveness, attitude to responsibility and orientation of clients' lives have been positive and significant, and the coefficient of influence of paths related to assertiveness, attitude to responsibility and orientation of clients' lives on the duration of clients' treatment Is the face. The report was positive and meaningful.Three characteristics of assertiveness, attitude towards responsibility and life orientation in male clients are important variables related to success in treatment longevity treatment. Therefore, assertiveness, attitude towards responsibility and life orientation are factors in predicting the durability of treatment of male clients in society
