Being aware of people's attitudes and emotions about a specific person or an event can have a high impact on the decisions of individuals and organizations. With the rise of social networks, specifically Instagram, many people are sharing their attitudes on this social network. Analyzing the emotions of users of this social network can help managers make organizational decisions and predict essential events such as elections. In this research, the EAS system designed and implemented to extract emotions and visualize them. As a practical example, the Instagram users' feelings about the two main candidates for the 12th Iranian presidential election also examined. The data were Instagram Persian comments collected using a developed crawler. The result shows a more positive feeling about Rouhani in comparison with Raeisi. Also, the lexicon-based analysis of Rouhani revealed a high level of trust emotion, along with anger and disgust. This article is an effort based on critical discourse analysis and is carried out by the descriptive-analytical method. The results show that The Reformists and Principlist do not have the same attitude to the political participation. Based on the Guardianship of the Islam Jurist in the field of political principles, the Principlist believe in appointment and consider the legitimacy from top to bottom. They consider the voting of people is a confirmation to them. They also believe that approbatory supervision is necessary and try to develop Islamism rather than republic. On the other hand, the Reformist consider the political participation form bottom to top and they believe that it results in political development. They believe that the government should be formed based on people’s opinion and compared to Principlist, they believe less to approbatory supervision. They emphasize on the importance of republic. In order to determine their own destiny, they try to take the advantage of political participations including voting in elections, establishing societies and organizations, media activities, guild activities, etc. Anyway, the researches show that different patterns can be considered in the field of competition and political participation in Iran.in iran in iran in iran in iran in iran

As a nation that operates under a democratic form of government, Malaysia is home to a diverse range of political beliefs, each of which is supported by a distinct political party. In addition to that, it is made up of citizens of multiple races, such as Malay, Indian, Chinese, and other races, each of whom unquestionably has their own opinion concerning a variety of different subjects. The disparities in political ideology and cultural upbringing that exist between different ethnic communities are an essential factor in the potential for racial tensions. The objective of this article is twofold: first, to examine how politicians in Malaysia obtain support from voters, either directly or indirectly, by utilising jurisprudence theory; and second, to analyze how politicians, by utilising their authority, attempt to govern people in a peaceful manner. While the study employs a doctrinal approach, the data were gathered through library research to learn how Malaysian politicians use their positions of authority to further their own agendas while attempting to uphold the stability of the nation and the well-being of the people. The analysis concluded that the study of jurisprudence, which encompasses both the theory and philosophy of law, has a significant bearing on Malaysia's political and legal institutions and the constitutional processes and justifications for those institutions. Although obtaining justice for all parties can be challenging, nations typically prefer to adopt decisions that prioritise protecting the general welfare over pursuing the goal of justice.

In the religious democracy system, the election is the area of power generation and its continual. In the electoral realm, the people fulfill the democracy by choosing the rulers, and since Islam forms the essence and framework of people’s movement and life, in Islamic democracy, the executives, candidates, and supervisors of election, people, and more than others, the electoral candidates must realize the Islamic ethical principles. Politics serves morality and religion in the religious democracy. The present article evaluated some of the coordinates and requirements of electoral ethics in the religious democracy system. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this essay described some basic principles of the electoral ethics charter, which should be considered by those involved in the election process, including voters, candidates, executives, supervisors and observers, and the media.
