In recent years, global reports on the irreparable damage of human economic activities to the environment, the need for efficient management systems capable of reducing pollutants and waste management and the optimal use of non-renewable resources, more than any other another time is needed. Therefore, in order to achieve this, a study was presented with the aim of designing and validating a model for green quality management in the food industry. The present study is an exploratory combination that through qualitative strategies with library study methods and grounded theory, a conceptual model is obtained and then through a quantitative strategy of structural equations with Smart PLS approach, the conceptual model of the research is tested and its goodness is calculated. Is. In the qualitative section, after extensive study in the theoretical literature on the subject and taking notes, as well as through theoretical and purposeful sampling with a selection of 24 experts and officials, a semi-structured interview was conducted. In the quantitative part, according to the Vinzy rule, 192 managers and experts of the food industry have been selected as a sample and the data have been collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. According to the findings of the qualitative section and after coding, finally 5 main categories and 19 sub-categories were extracted that green management of human resources from causal conditions and green management thinking as underlying conditions, technology management and environmental management system as intervening conditions. Green management innovation was selected as a strategy and also green supply chain as a consequence of green quality management model. The results show that the conceptual model designed with grounded theory approach was approved by experts and the GOF criterion was used to validate the model, which is higher than the level of fit classification based on the theory of Wetzel’s et al. (2009) which indicates that has it.

The purpose of the current study is to validate the pattern of brand marketing efforts on social media with customers in the dermo-cosmetic industry.In terms of method and time frame of data collection this study is considered cross-sectional research. The statistical population involved the dermoc-osmetics industry clients of Serita brand. The sample size was 384 people and the employed sampling method was simple randomization method. To validate the pattern of brand marketing efforts on social media, the researcher made use of the partial least squares method alongside with Smart PLS software. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was validated by structural validity, convergent validity and divergent validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was judged by employing Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. The outcome indicated that the creating informative content and social content are considered to be the fundamental factors of the model that affects client trust. Client confidence brings about. Client engagement and encourages attractive page design. Accordingly, interacting with clients and designing attractive pages touches word-of-mouth advertising and eventually leads to the efficacy of social marketing efforts.

Designing and Validating an Electronic Customer Relationship Management Model in Private Banks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this research was primarily to design the electronic customer relationship management model and explain its consequences.Method: Validation of electronic customer relationship in private banks based on mixed research and descriptive-exploratory method were used. On this basis, with the help of data-based theorizing method, the categories forming the model were identified by open coding, and then with the benefit of central and selective coding, the desired model was presented. Also, in the following, the validation of the model among the studied population was discussed using the method of structural equation modeling. The statistical population for presenting the model includes banking industry experts (consisting of senior bank managers with at least 10 years of work experience and academic experts in the field of digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience working in the banking system) and for validating the model two categories of managers and employees of private banks. The research is limited to the city of Tehran and the local customers . The statistical sample of experts up to the stage of theoretical saturation is 16 people using a purposeful judgemental method, and for the model validation stage, 230 people were selected based on the rules of sample size in the structural equation method. The data collection tool included a semi-structured interview for the modeling stage and a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale for the validation stage.Findings: The findings showed that 67 basic themes (selective concepts) were categorized and after reviewing, 20 organizing themes (dimensions) were obtained and finally these dimensions were divided into 7 general categories: organizational factors, individual factors, contextual factors, environmental factors, frameworks, strategies, consequences were categorized. The main category identified in this research is "Implementation of E-CRM" and other categories are presented under the headings of causal conditions, background factors, strategies, and consequences.Conclusion: The results of the calculated value (GOF) for the structural model of the research was calculated as 0.387, which indicates the overall strong performance of the structural equation model of the research. Also, the findings of the quantitative part have confirmed the validity of the structural model of the research and demonstrated the truth of hypotheses of the research (except for hypotheses No. 9, 11, 15, 16, and 17)
