شناسایی و اولویت بندی شاخص های اقتصادی برای پایداری زنجیره تأمین صنایع غذایی و کشاورزی: رویکرد تحلیلی با استفاده از فن دیمتل فازی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف این تحقیق، ارائه رویکردی برای شناسایی و اولویت بندی مؤلفه ها و شاخص های اقتصادی زنجیره تأمین پایدار صنایع غذایی و کشاورزی طی سال های ۱۴۰۲ و ۱۴۰۳ است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از یک روش تحقیق چند مرحله ای استفاده شده است. در گام نخست، مرورمبانی نظری در زمینه در حوزه زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی و کشاورزی بررسی گردید. آن گاه با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند و تحلیل مضمون، داده های لازم از نظر خبرگان گردآوری شد. در مرحله بعد، با استفاده از روش دیمتل فازی تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری معیارهای اقتصادی ارزیابی و رابطه های میان عامل اصلی تعیین و مدلی علی ترسیم شد. اعتبار و پایایی تحقیق از طریق تحلیل مشارکت و توافق کارشناسان با روش های دلفی فازی و دیمتل تضمین گردید. نمونه آماری این تحقیق شامل ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان این حوزه بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری گزینشی و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نمونه گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری یا آستانه سودمندی اطلاعات ادامه یافت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند بود. یافته ها نشان داد که استفاده از فناوری مناسب در فرایند تولید، بازاررسانی و ارائه محصول های متنوع با بهره گیری از صنایع تبدیلی و بهبود عملکرد پشتیبانی نسبت به دیگر عامل ها بیشترین اثرگذاری را دارد و به عنوان مسئله اصلی به شمار آید . معیارهای بسته بندی مناسب شامل برندسازی، افزایش کارایی و بهره وری، عملکرد بازاریابی و فروش عناصری وابسته محسوب آیند. بنابراین معیارها به عنوان معیارهای هسته ای و کلیدی در برنامه ریزی در اولویت قرار می گیرند. بنا بر یافته های این تحقیق، افزایش سرمایه گذاری در زیرساخت ها و بهره گیری از فناوری های نوین توصیه تاکید می شود.Identification and Prioritization of Economic Indicators for the Sustainability of the Food and Agriculture Supply Chain: An Analytical Approach Using the Fuzzy DEMATEL Technique
The aim of this research is to present an approach for identifying and prioritizing the economic components and indicators of a sustainable supply chain in the food and agriculture industries during the years 2023 and 2024. To achieve this goal, a multi-stage research method was used. In the first step, studies and previous research in the field of food and agricultural supply chains were reviewed. Then, using semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, the necessary data were collected from experts. In the next stage, the fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to evaluate the influence and dependence of economic criteria, determine the relationships among the main factors, and create a causal model. The validity and reliability of the research were ensured through expert participation and agreement using fuzzy Delphi and DEMATEL methods. The statistical sample of this research included 15 experts in the field, selected using purposive and selective sampling. Sampling continued until theoretical saturation or the threshold of useful information was reached. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was semi-structured interviews. The findings showed that the use of appropriate technology in the production process, marketing, and offering diverse products through conversion industries and improved support performance had the highest impact and were considered the main issues. Suitable packaging criteria, including branding, increased efficiency and productivity, and marketing and sales performance, were considered dependent elements. Therefore, these criteria are prioritized as core and key criteria in planning. Based on the findings of this research, increasing investment in infrastructure and utilizing modern technologies are recommended.
