چکیده
در این پژوهش، به این پرسش های بنیادین پاسخ داده می شود: آیا هنجاری به معنایِ مفهوم نظر نویسنده برای تفسیری از یک متن وجود دارد؟ و اگر چنین است چرا ممکن است تفسیرهای متعددی از آن وجود داشته باشد که تاحدودی همگی معتبر به نظر برسند؟ در این پژوهش، با معرفی مفهومی به نام «ساختار بی مانایی» که مفهومی کاربردی و متمایز از روش مفهومی فرگه و جهان های ممکن کریپکی است و همچنین با بهره گیری از دو اصل زبان شناختی، راهی میان دو پیشنهاد هرمنوتیکی متعارض ارائه می شود. ازطریقِ این دیدگاه نشان داده می شود که چگونه می توان به معنای موردنظر مؤلف دست یافت، درحالی که وجود تفسیرهای چندگانه از متن نیز مشروعیت می یابد. علاوه بر این، دو مثال کلیدی از کاربرد این مفهوم ارائه شده است که به بررسی موضوع تحلیلی-ترکیبی کواین از منظری نوین می پردازد. به این ترتیب، نشان داده می شود که چگونه به کمک ساختار بی مانایی می توان به تحلیل ابهام ذاتی در مرزهای مفاهیم فلسفی کمک کرد. همچنین این ساختار کمک می کند درعین حال که تفسیری سنتی از یک متن داشته باشیم از تفاسیر کلیشه ای جلوگیری کنیم و تفسیرهای معتبری از همان متن داشته باشیم.Non-Permanent Structure and the Challenge of Plural Interpretations: Mediating Between Author-Centric Hermeneutics and Multifaceted Readings
This study answers these fundamental questions: Is there a norm in the sense of the author’s meaning or interpretation of a text? And why, if a text can be understood correctly, can there still be multiple interpretations of it, all of which seem to be valid to some extent? By introducing the concept of “non-permanent shape”—a practical concept distinct from Frege’s conceptual method and Kripke’s possible worlds—and by using two linguistic principles, this study navigates between two conflicting hermeneutical proposals. Through this perspective, it is shown how the author’s intended meaning can be achieved while also legitimizing the existence of multiple interpretations of the text. In addition, two key examples of the application of this proposal are presented, which examine Quine’s analytic-synthetic theme from a new perspective. These show how the structure of non-conformity can help to analyze the ambiguities inherent in the boundaries of philosophical concepts while at the same time avoiding a stereotypical interpretation of the text.
