چکیده
هدف :هدف این پژوهش شناسایی تاثیر اینترنت اشیا بر عملکرد سازمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه ای خلق دانش است . روش پژوهش : این پزوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی- همبستگی است.که در جامعه آماری بانک مهر اقتصاد استان تهران است که مشتمل بر 1050 نفر می باشد تعداد نمونه 284 نفر با روش تصادفی ساده در دسترس انتخاب شده و با استفاده از پرسشنامه موردسنجش قرار گرفت. که پرسشنامه اینترنت اشیاء بر گرفته از (آتزوری و همکاران ، 2010) و پرسشنامه عملکرد برگرفته از (شائمی و همکاران 1391 ،22) و خلق دانش برگرفته از (بایونگو و همکاران 2003 ، 23 ) مورد سنجش قرار گفت . یافته ها : یافته های پزوهش نشان می دهد که رابطه معنی داری بین رابطه اینترنت اشیاء بر عملکرد سازمان با در نظر گرفتن خلق دانش در بانک مهر اقتصاد استان تهران وجود دارد. نتیجه :گسترش خدمات بانک مهر اقتصاد بر روی اینترنت اشیا باعث افزایش و بهبود عملکرد می شودInvestigating the Internet of things effect on organizational performance by considering intermediate role of knowledge creation Case study (Mehr Eghtesad Bank, Tehran province)
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between Internet of thins . on organizational performance by considering intermediate role of knowledge creation. Methodology: This is a descriptive-correlational study. This is a descriptive-correlational study in the statistical society of Tehran's Mehr Bank, consisting of 1050 people. The sample size of 284 people was selected using a simple random sampling method. Using a questionnaire it placed. The internet questionnaire was collected. (Azzuri et al., 2010) and the performance questionnaire (Shamei et al., 2012), and the creation of knowledge derived from (Bijongo et al. 2003, 23). Finding: The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of the Internet of things on organizational performance by considering intermediate role of knowledge creation in the Mehr bank of the province of Tehran. Conclusion: The expansion of the services of the Bank of the Eghtesad to the Internet of Things increases and improves performance
