عقلانیتِ وحیانی در فرآیند تصمیم گیری؛ با تمرکز بر اندیشه علامه جوادی آملی

چکیده
تصمیم گیری به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی دانش سازمان و مدیریت، همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است. با وجود گستردگی ادبیات و نظریه های مرتبط با این موضوع، بررسی مفهوم تصمیم گیری از منظر منابع دینی، به ویژه قرآن کریم، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مفهوم تصمیم گیری عقلایی از منظر قرآن کریم و با تکیه بر آرای تفسیری علامه جوادی آملی انجام شده است. اهمیت این پژوهش در آن است که با رویکردی نوین، به تبیین مفهوم تصمیم گیری عقلایی در چارچوب تفاسیر قرآن کریم می پردازد. آیت الله جوادی به دلیل جامعیت علمی و توجه به مسائل نوظهور در حوزه مدیریت، دیدگاه های ارزشمندی ارائه کرده اند که می تواند به غنای ادبیات تصمیم گیری در حوزه مدیریت کمک کند. این تحقیق با کاربست روش تفسیر موضوعی و تحلیلی-توصیفی انجام گرفته و زمینه ای برای استفاده از منابع دینی در تبیین مفاهیم مدیریتی فراهم کرده است. در این روش، با بررسی آیات قرآن کریم و تفاسیر مرتبط با تصمیم گیری، به ویژه آرای تفسیری علامه جوادی آملی، مفهوم و فرآیند تصمیم گیری عقلایی تحلیل و توصیف شده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که در نظام فکری ایشان، مبانی و فرآیند مشخصی برای تصمیم گیری عقلایی وجود دارد؛ قرآن کریم و خصوصا تفسیر تسنیم، می تواند به عنوان منبعی ارزشمند برای تبیین مفهوم تصمیم گیری عقلایی در حوزه مدیریت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.The model of rational decision-making in the organization based on verse 18 of Surah Zamr from the perspective of Allameh Javadi Amoli
Decision-making, as one of the main pillars of organization and management knowledge, has always been the focus of researchers. The breadth of literature and theories related to decision-making shows the importance of this issue in the field of management. In this research, with the application of thematic and analytical-descriptive interpretation methods, an attempt has been made to examine the concept of decision-making from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an with a new approach, relying on the interpretive opinions of Allameh Javadi Amoli. Allameh Javadi Amoli has presented valuable views in various fields related to management due to his scientific comprehensiveness and attention to emerging issues including organization and management. This comprehensiveness and attention to the issues of the day has provided a favorable ground for research on the concept and process of rational decision-making in the field of Quran and sciences from his point of view. The findings of this research show that Allameh Javadi Amoli has used words such as determination, determination and determination to explain the concept of decision-making, and these words have been used synonymously with decision-making in many cases. Also, the analysis of his interpretations shows that in Allameh's system of thought, there are specific foundations and models for rational decision making. As a result, the findings of this research show that the Holy Quran and its interpretations, especially the interpretations of Allameh Javadi Amoli, are a rich source for understanding and explaining the concept, foundations and models of wise decision-making.
