چکیده
گفت وگو به عنوان یک ابزار ارتباطی کلیدی در جوامع انسانی، نقشی اساسی در تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی و حل تعارضات ایفا می کند. این پژوهش به تحلیل تطبیقی اصول قرآنی و حدیثی در زمینه گفت وگو و تعاملات اجتماعی پرداخته و آن ها را با دیدگاه های معاصر مقایسه می کند. اصول قرآنی مانند «مجادله احسن»، «عدالت و انصاف»، «گفت وگوی آزاد»، «پرهیز از جدال بی فایده» و «صداقت»، به ویژه در آیات قرآن مانند آیه 125 سوره نحل و آیه 44 سوره طه، بر استفاده از حکمت، موعظه حسنه و نرم خویی تأکید دارند. همچنین اصول حدیثی چون «صداقت»، «احترام به کرامت انسانی» و «رعایت ادب و نرم خویی» به عنوان راهکارهایی برای برقراری روابط انسانی سالم در مواجهه با چالش های اجتماعی معرفی شده اند.در این تحلیل، این اصول با دیدگاه های معاصر مانند نظریه های «گفت وگوی میان فرهنگی»، «مدیریت تعارض»، «نظریه های اخلاقی مدرن» و «حقوق بشر» تطبیق داده شده اند. نتایج نشان می دهد که آموزه های قرآنی و حدیثی به ویژه در زمینه حل تعارضات، تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی و بهبود روابط بین فرهنگی، در دنیای معاصر کاربردهای عملی قابل توجهی دارند. این پژوهش به ویژه بر اهمیت «گفت وگو بر مبنای علم و آگاهی» و «گفت وگوی حکیمانه» به عنوان ابزارهای کارآمد در مواجهه با چالش های اجتماعی و فرهنگی تأکید دارد. از این رو، آموزه های اسلامی می توانند به عنوان راهبردهای عملی برای اصلاح اجتماعی، ارتقای روابط بین المللی و بهبود کیفیت تعاملات انسانی به کار روند.متن
The role of dialogue in social reform from the perspective of the Quran and Hadiths
Dialogue, as a key communication tool in human societies, plays a fundamental role in strengthening social solidarity and resolving conflicts. This study provides a comparative analysis of Quranic and Hadith principles in the field of dialogue and social interactions and compares them with contemporary perspectives. Quranic principles such as “good debate”, “justice and fairness”, “free dialogue”, “avoiding useless arguments” and “honesty”, especially in Quranic verses such as verse ۱۲۵ of Surah An-Nahl and verse ۴۴ of Surah Taha, emphasize the use of wisdom, good preaching and gentleness. Hadith principles such as “honesty”, “respect for human dignity” and “observance of politeness and gentleness” have also been introduced as strategies for establishing healthy human relationships in the face of social challenges.In this analysis, these principles are adapted to contemporary perspectives such as the theories of “intercultural dialogue”, “conflict management”, “modern ethical theories” and “human rights”. The results show that the teachings of the Quran and Hadith have significant practical applications in the contemporary world, especially in the field of conflict resolution, strengthening social solidarity and improving intercultural relations. This research particularly emphasizes the importance of “dialogue based on knowledge and awareness” and “wise dialogue” as effective tools in facing social and cultural challenges. Hence, Islamic teachings can be used as practical strategies for social reform, promoting international relations and improving the quality of human interactions.
