شناسایی بسترهای زمینه ساز وقوع خشونت و استراتژی های مواجهه با آن در مدرسه: یک مطالعه کیفی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
درهم تنیدگی عوامل ساختاری و عاملیتی، بستری برای انجام کنش های خشونتی دانش آموزان در مدرسه فراهم می نماید. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی بسترهای زمینه ساز وقوع خشونت و استراتژی های مواجهه با آن در مدرسه به روش کیفی و گرندد تئوری در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 اجرا شده است. نمونه این پژوهش 36 نفر از دانش آموزان پسر دارای رفتارهای خشونت آمیز و مطلع از این رفتارها در مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر کرج بوده است. نمونه گیری بصورت هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع بوده و مصاحبه ها بصورت فردی و بر اساس فرمت مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، انجام و تحلیل داده ها از طریق نرم افزار MAXQDA 20 انجام شده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش مقوله های «زندگی در محلات آسیب زا» و «ناهمگونی فرهنگی» به عنوان شرایط زمینه ای، «ارتباط با دوستان خشونت ورز» و «شرایط فردی» به عنوان شرایط مداخله گر تعیین شدند. راهبرد نوجوانان دارای رفتارهای خشونت آمیز شامل خشونت در مقابل خشونت، خود داری از کنش خشونت آمیز و ایجاد هدفمندی بوده است، که با پیامدهایی نظیر «ضرر مالی»، «پشیمانی» و «سوء پیشینه» مواجه شده اند. مقوله ی مرکزی پژوهش تحت عنوان «خشونت به مثابه واکنش فرد به شرایط اختلال آمیز محیطی» نام گذاری گردیده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از یافته های این پژوهش، خشونت نوجوانان علاوه بر ویژگی های فردی، ریشه در عوامل خانوادگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیطی دارد و دانش آموزان وقتی در شرایط و موقعیت های متفاوتی قرار می گیرند، به خاطر سطح پایین تاب آوری اجتماعی، کنش های خشونتی از خود نشان می دهند.Identifying the context of violence and its exposure strategies at school: a qualitative study
The intertwining of structural and agency factors provides a platform for violent actions of students in school. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the causes of violence and the strategies to deal with it in school using qualitative and ground theory methods in the academic year of 2022-2023. The sample of this research was 36 male students with violent behaviors and aware of these behaviors in the second secondary level of Karaj city. Sampling was purposeful and with maximum variety, and interviews were conducted individually and based on semi-structured interview format, and data analysis was done through MAXQDA 20 software. Based on the findings of the research, the categories of "living in traumatic neighborhoods" and "cultural heterogeneity" were determined as Contextual conditions, "relationship with violent friends" and "individual conditions" as intervening conditions. The strategy of teenagers with violent behavior includes violence against violence, refraining from violent action and purposeful creation, which have been faced with consequences such as "financial loss", "regret" and "bad background". The central category of the research is named as "violence as a person's reaction to disturbing environmental conditions". Based on the results of this research, in addition to individual characteristics, adolescent violence is rooted in family, economic, social, cultural and environmental factors, and when students are placed in different, due to the low level of social resilience, violent acts of They show themselves.
