تکلیف حیوانات از منظر قرآن کریم با تکیه بر آیات مربوط به حیوانات

چکیده
مکلف بودن حیوانات از مباحثی است که نیازمند تحقیق و بررسی دقیق مقدمات علمی، آیات و روایات مربوط به آن است. چنین پژوهشی ما را در فهم بهتر و معرفت عمیق تر به روایات و آیات حشر و نیز آیات و احادیث مربوط به اراده، اختیار و تسبیح حیوانات کمک می کند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی، با نگاه تفسیری برخی مفسرین شاخص، درصدد بررسی و تحلیل این پرسش است که آیا حیوانات دارای تکلیف هستند؟ باتوجه به اینکه حیوانات براساس برخی آیات قرآنی دارای آگاهی، شعور، اراده، اختیار، تسبیح و حشر هستند و این امور محدود به سعه وجودی آنهاست و براساس آیات کریمه، پرندگان، حشرات و حیوانات در رتبه وجودی خود از این ویژگی ها برخوردارند، به نظر می رسد این موجودات باتوجه به ویژگی های فوق باید در حیات دنیوی خود دارای تکالیف باشند؛ زیرا همه شرایط و اوصاف برای تکلیف داشتن در آنها وجود دارد، گرچه بی تردید این شرایط و اوصاف نسبت به انسان در سطح پایین تری قرار داردThe Accountability of Animals from the Perspective of the Holy Quran: Focusing on Verses Related to Animals
The accountability of animals is a topic that requires thorough investigation into its scientific foundations, as well as relevant Quranic verses and narrations. Such research enhances our understanding and deeper knowledge of narrations and verses concerning resurrection, as well as verses and hadiths related to the will, choice, and glorification of animals. Therefore, this study, employing a descriptive-analytical approach and referencing the interpretative perspectives of prominent exegetes, seeks to examine whether animals are accountable for their actions. Given that, according to certain Quranic verses, animals possess awareness, perception, will, choice, glorification, and resurrection—albeit within the limits of their existential capacity—and that birds, insects, and other creatures enjoy these attributes within their own existential ranks, it seems that animals should bear certain responsibilities in their worldly lives. This is because all the conditions and attributes necessary for accountability exist within them, albeit at a lower level compared to human beings.
