مروری بر مدل طرح یادگیری مدنظر برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده
اهداف: در نظام آموزشی تربیت معلم ایران (دانشگاه فرهنگیان) تدریس در دوره کارورزی به عنوان یکی از فعالیت ها در کارورزی 2، 3 و 4 در قالب تدریس به گروه های کوچک تا تدریس به کل کلاس، پیش بینی شده است. مطالعه حاضر به دنبال تبیین چرایی، چیستی و چگونگی تدوین طرح یادگیری در برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوده است. روش ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش کاربردی از نوع مطالعات توصیفی و کیفی است در این راستا پژوهشگران ابتدا از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه ای و همچنین روش پیمایشی (انجام مصاحبه) اطلاعات لازم را جمع آوری سپس با روش جستار نظرورزانه به عنوان یک روش کیفی کوشیده اند منطق، چیستی و چگونگی تدوین طرح یادگیری توسط کارورزان برای انجام تدریس در مدارس را جستارپردازی و تبیین نمایند. با عنایت به کیفی بودن پژوهش برای تأیید پذیری یافته ها از راهبرد مرور همکاران استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش تبیین مدل و الگوی طرح یادگیری موردنظر دانشگاه فرهنگیان است که در آن قسمت های مختلف آن الگو به تفکیک تشریح شده است؛ که استادان و معلمان راهنمای کارورزی و دانشجومعلمان با مراجعه به آن می توانند نسبت به تدوین طرح های یادگیری مناسب اقدام نمایند. نتیجه گیری: مدل طرح یادگیری مدنظر کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان محدود به راهبرد React بوده ازاین رو پیشنهاد می گردد دانشگاه فرهنگیان به دنبال ارائه مدل طرح یادگیری قابل استفاده برای همه ی رشته ها و با چهارچوب باز و انعطاف پذیر باشد که کارورزان بتوانند با الگوهای تدریس دیگری به جز راهبرد React نیز به تدوین طرح های یادگیری بپردازند.An overview of the learning plan model considered in the internship curriculum of Farhangian University
Background and Objectives: In the Iranian teacher training system (Farhangian University), teaching during the internship period is foreseen as one of the activities in internships 2, 3, and 4 in the form of teaching to small groups to teaching to the whole class. The present study sought to explain why, what, and how to develop a learning plan in the internship curriculum of Farhangian University. Methods: This study is an applied research of the type of descriptive and qualitative studies. In this regard, the researchers first collected the necessary information through a library study and also a survey method. Then, using the speculative essay research method as a qualitative method, they tried to investigate and explain the logic, what, and how to develop a learning plan by interns to teach in schools. Given the qualitative nature of the research, the peer review strategy was used to verify the findings. Findings: The results of the study explain the model and pattern of the learning plan intended by Farhangian University, in which the different parts of that pattern are explained separately. teachers student can refer to to develop appropriate learning plans. Conclusion: The learning plan model considered for internship at Farhangian University is limited to the React strategy. Therefore, it is suggested that Farhangian University seek to provide a learning plan model that can be used for all disciplines and with an open and flexible framework so that interns can develop learning plans with teaching models other than the React strategy.
