چکیده
امروزه با توجه به گسترش نظام فکری «فمنیسم» به ویژه در جوامع غربی، توجه جهانیان به مسئله زن و حضور او در مناصب کلان اجتماعی و سیاسی همانند مردان، بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ به گونهای که گاهاً نشانهی توسعه و پیشرفت در یک جامعه، میزان آمار بالای حضور زنان در ریاستها و مسئولیتهای مهم سیاسی است. در تاریخ اسلام و انقلاب اسلامی ایران نیز در حوادث مهم، حضور زنان در کنار مردان همیشه چشمگیر بوده است؛ لکن نکته حائز اهمیت آن است که در نظام فکری اسلام، آیا زنان در امور سیاسی، بر مردان ولایت دارند؟ و محدوده این ولایت چه مقدار است؟ با توجه به آیات مورد استدلال موافقان و مخالفان ولایت سیاسی زنان، و نقد و بررسی هر یک از آنها، زنان در امور سیاسی بر مردان هیچ گونه ولایتی نداشته بلکه همیشه تحت ولایت مردان قرار میگیرند اما ولایت نداشتن زنان، به معنای عدم جواز حضور آنان در اجتماع و به عهده گرفتن مسئولیت و مدیریت در ادارات و ارگانهای سیاسی، نظامی و قضایی نمی باشد.Women's political guardianship from the perspective of the Quran
Today, with the expansion of the "feminism" ideology, especially in Western societies, global attention to the issue of women and their presence in high social and political positions, similar to men, has increased significantly. At times, the high statistics of women's presence in important political and executive responsibilities are seen as a sign of development and progress in a society. In the history of Islam and the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the presence of women alongside men has always been remarkable in significant events. In this context, an important question arises: In the ideological system of Islam, do women have guardianship over men in political matters? And what is the extent of this guardianship? Based on the verses cited by both proponents and opponents of women's political guardianship, and the critique and review of each, it is concluded that women have no guardianship over men in political matters; rather, they are always under the guardianship of men. However, the lack of guardianship for women does not mean that they are prohibited from participating in society or taking on responsibilities and management roles in political, military, and judicial institutions
