چکیده
در 5 دهه گذشته احداث سدهای مخزنی همواره زمینه ساز جابجایی بیش از میلیون ها نفر از محل زندگی خود به محل های دیگر شده است. احداث سد و پروژه های وابسته به آن همواره با اثرات مثبت و منفی توأم بوده است. این اثرات، محیط های فیزیکی، بیولوژیکی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی- اجتماعی را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی اجتماعی و فرهنگی پیامدهای احداث سد سردشت در منطقه غرب کشور است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر از نوع روش کیفی و رویکرد روش تحقیق این مقاله، رویکرد اکتشافی با تأکید بر نظریه داده بنیاد است. یافته های پژوهش که نتیحه یک مطالعه میدانی و مصاحبه با افراد بومی و مسئولین منطقه ای ست، نشان می دهد مردم به اثرات منفی سدسازی و مدیران به اثرات مثبت سدسازی توجه دارند و هر دو گروه مردم و مدیران توسعه گردشگری و گسترش کسب وکار و اشتغال را از اثرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی سدسازی در منطقه می دانند.Investigating the social and cultural consequences of the power plant dam construction project in the western region of the country (examining the lived experience of the residents of the western region of the country from the construction of the Sar
The construction of the dam and related projects have always been accompanied by positive and negative effects. These effects affect the physical, biological, cultural and economic-social environments. The main purpose of the research is to investigate and evaluate the social and cultural consequences of the Sardasht dam construction in the western region of the country. The research method of the current research is qualitative method and the research method of this article is an exploratory approach with emphasis on foundational data theory. The findings of the research, which is the result of a field study and interviews with local people and regional officials, show that people pay attention to the negative effects of dam construction and managers pay attention to the positive effects of dam construction, and both groups of people and managers consider the development of tourism and the expansion of business and employment as social effects. And they know the culture of dam building in the region.
