چکیده
اخلاق حرفه ای مهمترین جزء اخلاق کاربردی است که به مباحث اخلاقی در حرفه می پردازد و درصدد ارائه شیوه ها و دستورالعمل هایی است که تکالیف را برای افراد و گروه های حرفه ای مشخص نماید اخلاق حرفه ای نوعی تعهد اخلاقی و وجدان کاری نسبت به هر نوع وظیفه و مسئولیت است. اخلاق حرفه ای از حوزه هایی است که با مبانی ارزشی و اعتقادی ارتباطی وثیق دارد. این مقاله ضمن بررسی اخلاق حرفه ای به نقش مؤثر ارزش های اسلامی در صنعت نفت می پردازد و در ادامه با بیان ارزش ها به عنوان جوهره اصول اخلاقی، به ارائه راهکارهایی جهت نهادینه کردن اخلاق حرفه ای در سازمان پرداخته می شود. در این مقاله تلاش شده است به این موضوع به صورتی علمی پرداخته شود.Providing a model of professional ethics based on Islamic values in the oil industry
Professional ethics is the most important component of applied ethics that deals with ethical issues and provide methods and guidelines that specify tasks for individuals and professional groups. Professional ethics is a kind of ethical commitment and work conscience to any duty and responsibility. Professional ethics is one of the fields that is closely related to the values and beliefs. In this article, while considering professional ethics, the effective role of Islamic values in the oil industry is discussed, and then, by expressing values as the essence of ethical principles, the solutions for institutionalizing professional ethics in the organization are presented.
