چکیده
مطالعه سنت های اجتماعی و شناخت علل، عوامل و آثار آن ها، نقش بی بدیلی در تولید علوم انسانی و اجتماعی اسلامی دارد. بی گمان دستیابی به این گونه از قوانین، بر مبنای روش و منطق خاصی صورت می پذیرد که از آن به منطق اکتشاف سنت های اجتماعی تعبیر می شود. منطق اکتشاف، به عنوان دستگاه روشگانی جامع، افزون بر روش (فرایند، قواعد، ابزارها و فنون)، به مبادی و مبانی فهم سنن الهی نیز می پردازد.مقاله حاضر در مقام گردآوری از روش کتابخانه ای و به لحاظ ماهیت، از روش عقلی-تحلیلی به برخی روش های مهم در فهم و استنباط سنت های اجتماعی می پردازد. از یافته های این پژوهش، می توان به ظرفیت های روش عقلی و نقلی در فهم سنت های اجتماعی اشاره نمود؛ اما به دلیل پیچیده و ذومراتب بودن سنن الهی از یک سو و محدودیت های روش های عقلی و نقلی، کاربست منطق تلفیقی و همگرا، ضرورت می یابد. این منطق جامع، افزون بر اعتبار، روایی و تعمیم پذیری، قابلیت فهم و استنباط تمامی سطوح و مراتب سنن الهی را داراست.The logic of exploring social laws in the production of Islamic humanities
The logic of exploring social laws in the production of Islamic humanitiesStudying social laws and knowing their causes, agents and effects has an irreplaceable role in the production of Islamic humanities and social sciences. Undoubtedly, the achievement of such laws is based on a special method and logic, which is interpreted as the logic of discovery of social laws. The logic of discovery, as a comprehensive method, in addition to the method (process, rules, tools and techniques), also deals with the basics of understanding divine traditions.The present article deals with some important methods to understanding the social laws from Quran and traditions as a compilation from the library method and in terms of nature, from the rational-analytical method. the findings of this research,that is, we can mention the rational and narrative methods in understanding social lows. However, due to the complexity of the divine laws and the explanations of rational and narrative methods, it is necessary to apply a logical interpretation and convergence. This comprehensive logic, in addition to validity and acceptability, has the ability to understand and deduce all levels of divine laws.
