چکیده
بررسی مولفه های تاثیرگذار در سیاست خارجی هرکشوری می تواند به تبیین سیاست خارجی و پیشبرد اهداف هرکشوری در حوزه بین الملل بسیار کارگشا باشد.یکی از مهمترین مولفه های تاثیرگذار در سیاست خارجی هرکشوری فرد اجراکننده سیاست های تعیین شده آن کشور در حوزه سیاست خارجی می باشد.برای واکای این اثر باید شخصیت شناسی سیاسی و نوع تفکر مجری سیاست گذار در عرصه سیاست خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه بررسی شخصیت شهید سلیمانی و تاثیر آن در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه غرب آسیا به دنبال تبیین تاثیرگذاری شخصیت افراد موثر در سیاست خارجی بر اجرای صحیح روابط خارجی کشورها می باشد.این پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و در چارچوب نظری «تمدل پیوستگی روزنا» و «نظریه روانشناسی سیاسی» با شیوه ی گردآوری داده ها مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه ای صورت گرفته است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش شخصیت کاریزماتیک،متدین،ولایتمدار،باهوش و با درایت شهید سلیمانی با توجه به اختیارات قانونی در سیاست خارجی منطقه باعث ایجاد صلح در منطقه و پیشبرد اهداف انقلاب اسلامی در سیاست خارجی شده است.The Impact of Martyr Qasem Soleimani's Character on the Behavioral Pattern of Iran's Foreign Policy in West Asia
Examining the influential components of any country's foreign policy can be instrumental in explaining and advancing its international objectives. One of the most crucial components influencing a country's foreign policy is the individual executing the predetermined policies in the realm of foreign affairs. To delve into this matter, it is essential to analyze the political personality and mindset of the policy executor in the field of foreign policy.This study aims to examine the character of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani and its influence on the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the West Asia region, seeking to elucidate the impact of influential individuals on the proper execution of foreign relations. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method within the theoretical framework of "Rosena's Continuity Model" and "Political Psychology Theory," utilizing data collection techniques based on library resources.The findings reveal that Soleimani's charismatic, devout, loyal, intelligent, and prudent personality, combined with his legal authority in regional foreign policy, has contributed to establishing peace in the region and advancing the objectives of the Islamic Revolution in foreign policy.
