انتخاب بهترین موقعیت برای اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از شیوه تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP)

چکیده
تصمیم گیری درباره ی موقعیت مکانی یک مرکز ورزشی تأثیر بسیاری در موفقیت یا شکست بالقوه آن دارد. عوامل موثر بر این گونه تصمیم ها باید به دقت مطالعه و اولویت بندی شوند. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه شیوه ای برای انتخاب بهترین محل برای اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نوع کاربردی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه ای و پرسش نامه استفاده شد. این پژوهش، یک چارچوب هفت مرحله ای را برای انتخاب یک موقعیت مکانی از بین چندین گزینه، ارائه می دهد. ابتدا با مرور پیشینه تحقیق، عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب بهترین موقعیت مکانی تعیین شد. سپس با استفاده از مراحل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و پرسش هدفمند از 4 تن از مدیران با تجربه کشور که در ساخت و مدیریت اماکن ورزشی سابقه بالای 10 سال داشتند، معیارهای با اهمیت ارزیابی شد. انتخاب این 4 مدیر با معرفی و پیشنهاد اساتید متخصص مدیریت ورزشی انجام شد. برای نشان دادن چارچوب استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، سه مکان تصادفی در جنوب، مرکز و شمال شهر تهران به عنوان گزینه انتخاب شدند و بر اساس وزن معیارهای محاسبه شده به آنها امتیاز داده شد تا بهترین مکان شناسایی شود. این پژوهش، سرمایه گذارن خصوصی و سیاست گذاران دولتی در بخش اماکن ورزشی را در جهت انتخاب مکان مناسب، هدایت می کند. یافته های تحقیق، بیانگر این است که معیارهای اصلی و موثر در انتخاب بهترین موقعیت امکان ورزشی، (دسترسی آسان)، (ویژگی های مکان)، (مسائل مالی)، (همسایگی)، (بازار) و زیر معیارهای آنها می باشند.Choosing the best location for sports facilities using the Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method
Deciding on the location of a sports facility has a huge impact on its potential success or failure. Factors affecting such decisions should be carefully studied and prioritized. The purpose of this research is to provide a method to choose the best location for sports facilities using the hierarchical analysis process. The research method is descriptive-analytical and applied. Library method and questionnaire were used to collect information. This research presents a seven-step framework for choosing a location among several options. First, by reviewing the background of the research, the factors affecting the selection of the best location were determined. Then, using the steps of hierarchical analysis and targeted questions from 4 experienced managers of the country who had more than 10 years of experience in the construction and management of sports facilities, important criteria were evaluated. The selection of these 4 managers was done with the introduction and suggestion of professors specializing in sports management. To show the framework of using hierarchical analysis, three random places in the south, center and north of Tehran city were selected as options and they were given points based on the weight of the calculated criteria to identify the best place. This research guides private investors and government policymakers in the field of sports facilities to choose the right place. The findings of the research show that the main and effective criteria in choosing the best location for sports are (easy access), (location features), (financial issues), (neighborhood), (market) and their sub-criteria
