چکیده
نظام روابط بین الملل اسلامی مجموعه ای نظام مند، متشکل از مبانی بینشی، هنجاری و الگوهای رفتاری در روابط متقابل واحدهای حکومتی، نهادهای غیردولتی و همچنین روندهای سیاسی میان ملت ها و کشورهای جهان است که از مبانی دینی اسلام استنباط مى شود. نظام پردازی در حوزه روابط بین الملل اسلامی را می توان ذیل نظام های مختلف، از کلان نظام گرفته تا خرده نظام، دسته بندی کرد. نظام های یادشده، هرکدام در بخش های مختلف روابط بین الملل، اعم از نظام های سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی قابل تعریف اند. هدف از انجام تحقیق پیش رو، بررسی چیستی و چرایی نظام پردازی در حوزه روابط بین الملل اسلامی و برخی ملاحظات نظری و عملی درباره آن است. براساس یافته های این پژوهش، نظام پردازی در حوزه روابط بین الملل اسلامی مستلزم رعایت اقتضائات دینی در سه عرصه حاکمیت، حکومت و حکمرانی جهانی است. این اقتضائات در خلال پاسخ به مسائل یادشده با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با رویکردی کاربردی جهت کشف نظام روابط بین الملل اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. این تحقیق، همچنین به بررسی مبانی معرفتی دین اسلام و قواعد مربوط به آن در نحوه تعامل با ملت ها و روابط با کشورهای مختلف جهان در چهارچوب نظام روابط بین الملل اسلامی می پردازد.Theoretical and Practical Considerations of Systematization in International Islamic Relations
The system of Islamic international relations is a systematic set, consisting of insightful, normative and behavioral principles in the mutual relations of governmental units, non-governmental institutions, as well as political trends among the nations and countries of the world, which are inferred from the religious foundations of Islam. Systematization in the field of Islamic international relations can be classified under different systems, from the macrosystem to the subsystem. The mentioned systems can be defined in different parts of international relations, including political, economic and cultural systems. The purpose of this research is to examine what and why systematization in the field of international Islamic relations and some theoretical and practical considerations about it. Based on the findings of this research, systematization in the field of Islamic international relations requires compliance with religious requirements in the three arenas of sovereignty, governance and global governance. These requirements have been investigated during the response to the mentioned issues with a descriptive-analytical method and with a practical approach to discover the system of Islamic international relations. This research also examines the epistemological foundations of Islam and its related rules in the way of interaction with nations and relations with different countries of the world within the framework of the Islamic international relations system.
