چکیده
حج یکی از واجبات دینی مسلمانان بوده که دارای پیامدهای مختلفی است. هدف این مقاله واکاوی پیامدهای دیپلماسی و سؤال پژوهش چیستی پیامدهای دیپلماسی حج و چگونگی تاثیر آن بر همگرایی جهان اسلام است. برای پاسخ به سوال این فرضیه را به محک آزمون می گذاریم که دیپلماسی حج پیامدهای سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و دینی دارد که با بهره برداری و تقویت آن توسط دولت های اسلامی همگرایی جهان اسلام شکل می گیرد. روش گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش اسنادی و الکترونیکی، روش تجزیه و تحلیل به صورت کیفی، راهبرد پژوهش قیاسی و ملهم از چارچوب نظری دیپلماسی فرهنگی و همچنین مدل کاربردی SOAR است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که با برقراری دیپلماسی فعالانه مبتنی بر حج از لحاظ اجتماعی شناخت مسلمانان از همدیگر بیشتر و منجر به انسجام و وحدت مسلمین نسبت به یکدیگر شده، از لحاظ سیاسی ضریب نفوذپذیری دشمن به حداقل رسیده و توان دشمنان اسلام در آسیب رساندن به ممالک اسلامی به حداقل ممکن تنزل می یابد، از لحاظ فرهنگی و دینی باعث همگرایی میان مذاهب و گسترش تعاملات علمی و زمینه سازی ظهور تمدن نوین اسلامی، از نظر اقتصادی باعث افزایش درآمد و گسترش مبادلات اقتصادی و تجاری می گردد. با تداوم این نوع دیپلماسی، سران کشورهای اسلامی می توانند به یک توافق سازنده دست یابند و مسائل اساسی خود را حل کنند.Analyzing the consequences of Hajj diplomacy and its impact on the convergence of the Islamic world based on the SOAR model
Hajj is one of the religious obligations of Muslims, which has various consequences. The purpose of this article is to analyze the consequences of diplomacy and the research question of what are the consequences of Hajj diplomacy and how it affects the convergence of the Islamic world. To answer the question, we put this hypothesis to the test that Hajj diplomacy has political, social, economic, cultural and religious consequences, which are formed by the exploitation and strengthening of it by Islamic governments. The data collection method in this documentary and electronic research is the qualitative analysis method, comparative research strategy and inspired by the theoretical framework of cultural diplomacy as well as the SOAR applied model. The findings of the research indicate that with the establishment of active diplomacy based on Hajj, from a social point of view, Muslims know each other more and lead to the cohesion and unity of Muslims towards each other. It is reduced to the minimum possible to the Islamic countries, culturally and religiously, it causes convergence between religions and the expansion of scientific interactions and lays the groundwork for the emergence of the new Islamic civilization, economically, it causes an increase in income and the expansion of economic and commercial exchanges. With the continuation of this type of diplomacy, the heads of Islamic countries can reach a constructive agreement and solve their basic issues.
