چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، استخراج ویژگی های مربی شایسته در اندیشه شهید مطهری بوده است. بدین منظور از روش کیفی تحلیلی استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه منابع و مراجع موجود و مرتبط با آراء و اندیشه های فلسفی -تربیتی شهید مطهری است. از آ ن جا که در این تحقیق کلیه آثار مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته، نمونه گیری انجام نشده است. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که به طور کلی دو دسته ویژگی حرفه ای و شخصیتی در اندیشه شهید مطهری برای مربیان قابل استنباط است. از جمله ویژگی های حرفه ای می توان به تربیت یافتگی، دغدغه و انگیزه، شناخت نظام تربیتی، بصیرت و انتخاب، و مهارت و توان اشاره کرد. در کنار ویژگی های حرفه ای مربی که در تعامل با متربی معنا می یابد، اکتساب ویژگی های شخصیتی نه تنها در فرایند تربیت موثر است که بدون در نظر گرفتن عمل تربیت نیز کمال محسوب شده و موجب رشد و تعالی مربی است. بندگی و عبودیت، خلوص و خیرخواهی، صداقت و تقوا، تواضع و خشوع برخی از ویژگی های شخصیتی مربی شایسته در اندیشه شهید مطهری هستند.Characteristics of competent educators in martyr Motahari’s thought
The purpose of this research is to investigate the conditions and obstacles of acceptance of the teachers' invitation by the student and to provide solutions for acquiring conditions and avoiding the acceptance of teachers' invitation obstacles. For this purpose, the analytical-qualitative method has been used. The research population includes all available sources and references related to Martyr Motahari's philosophical and educational thoughts. Since all the works of analysis are included in this research, sampling has not been done. The research shows that in the thought of Martyr Motahari, the conditions for accepting the teachers' invitation were to be pure, to be alive to the Fitrah, and to feel the responsibilities and obstacles of not to accepting it, including heart disease, rust of the heart, sealing of the heart, lack of insight, deafness of the heart, distortion of the soul's book, following the habits of the fathers, etc. Also, some of the solutions are: acquiring faith and worship and regulating love and hatred.
