چکیده
جنگ واقعى کشورها در دهه های آینده نه بر سر انرژى خواهد بود و نه بر سر بازارها، بلکه جنگ واقعى براى سرمایه های انسانى است. از این رو، کشورها بیش از پیش به افرادى نیاز دارند که استعدادها و قابلیت هاى وجودی شان به گونه اى پرورش یافته باشد که از دانش، تخصص، مهارت و تفکر خلاق به خوبى برخوردار باشند. کارآفرینان درمسیر خود با دو فرآیند مهم یعنی کشف و بهره برداری از فرصت های کارآفرینانه درگیر هستند. در این راستا یکی از عوامل موثر در توسعه روستایی که توسعه ملی و شکوفایی اقتصادی را بدنبال دارد، کارافرینی است. در واقع کارآفرینی و تشخیص فرصت به یکدیگر گره خورده-اند و یکی از بخش های مهم در فرایند کارآفرینی، تشخیص فرصت است. ناتوانی افراد در تشخیص این فرصت ها، یکی از دلایل کاهش اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی بوده است این مهم در روستاها نیز که نیمی از جمعیت کشور را تشکیل داده ا ند می تواند نقش بسزایی داشته باشد چرا که سرمایه گذاری و ایجاد اشتغال و کارآفرینی در بخش های زراعی و غیر زراعی در روستاها، علاوه بر بهبود معیشت روستاییان و مقرون به صرفه بودن زندگی روستایی می تواند با ایجاد انگیزه برای عدم مهاجرت آنان به شهرها، موجب توسعه بخش کشاورزی، کاهش فشار اقتصادی ناشی از بیکاری فصلی در روستاها، آبادانی روستاها و شکوفایی اقتصادی کشور شود به عبارتی اولین گام در توسعه روستایی می تواند ایجاد کارآفرینی، تشخیص فرصت های کارآفرینانه در مناطق روستایی باشد. در نتیجه این مقاله که به صورت مروری تهیه شده تلاش دارد با تحلیل فرصت های کارآفرینی در روستا ها و چالش های موجود راهکارهایی ارائه نماید.Analysis of entrepreneurial opportunities in villages

In this regard, one of the effective factors in rural development that seeks national development and economic prosperity is entrepreneurship. In fact, entrepreneurship and opportunity recognition are tied to each other, and one of the most important parts of the entrepreneurial process is opportunity recognition. The inability of people to recognize these opportunities has been one of the reasons for the decrease in employment in the agricultural sector. This is also important in the villages, which constitute half of the country's population, because investment and Creating employment and entrepreneurship in the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors in the villages, in addition to improving the livelihood of the villagers and making the rural life more affordable, can lead to the development of the agricultural sector, reducing the economic pressure caused by Seasonal unemployment in the villages, the development of the villages and the economic prosperity of the country, in other words, the first step in rural development can be the creation of entrepreneurship, identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in rural areas. As a result of this article, which is prepared as a review, it tries to provide solutions by analyzing the entrepreneurial opportunities in the villages and the existing challenges.
