چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر سرمایه روان شناختی بر سکوت سازمانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. یافته ها: نتایج آزمون معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که سرمایه روان شناختی بر سکوت سازمانی تاثیر منفی و معنادار دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج آزمون معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که سرمایه روان شناختی بر سکوت سازمانی تاثیر منفی و معنادار دارد.The impact of Psychological Capital on Organizational Silence in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province
introduction & Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological capital on organizational silence in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran Province.
Research method: The research method was descriptive-correlation.
Results: The results of structural equation test showed that psychological capital has a negative and significant effect on organizational silence.
Conclusion: The results of structural equation testing showed that psychological capital has a negative and significant effect on organizational silence.
