چکیده
مقدمه و هدف این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی ادراک دانشجو معلمان از اهداف و وظایف شورای دانشگاه فرهنگیان در استان بوشهر در سال 1401-1402 انجام شده است. روش شناسی پژوهش : . روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. برای این منظور با کاربرد روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 24 نفر از مدیران دانشگاه، استادان و دانشجو-معلمان بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. با استفاده از روش آتراید استرلینگ کدگذاری، تحلیل و ترسیم شد. روایی پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک ممیزی کردن از سوی داور به دست آمد. برای محاسبه پایایی، کدگذاری با مطالعه سطر به سطر مصاحبه های انجام شده به صورت دستی در دو مرحله انجام گرفت و بعد از اتمام کدگذاری، نتایج این دو کدگذاری با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. میزان پایایی کدگذاری مجدد 70/85 به دست آمد. یافته ها : . پس از کد کذاری و تحلیل داده ها تعداد 11 مضمون سازمان دهنده و در نهایت چهار مضمون فراگیر شامل: «مهارت های ادراکی»، «ساختار مدیریتی و تشکیلاتی دانشگاه»، «تشریک مساعی» و «نگرش های اخلاقی» که شکل دهنده مدل ادراک دانشجویان معلمان از اهداف و وظایف شورای صنفی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند شناسایی گردید. نتیجه گیری: در نظر گرفتن ویژگی های ادراکی درونی دانشجویان همچون خواسته ها، مشارکت در پیگیری حقوق دانشجویی، تقویت فضاهای همکاری، تلاش برای شناسایی طرح و رفع نقایص صنفی دانشجویان، احترام به آنها و مشارکت معلمان در امور رفاهی، تربیت بدنی و خدمات آموزشی از جمله مواردی است که با موضوع ادراک و نگهداشت آنان مرتبط استStudent teachers' perception of the goals and duties of the Farhangian University Trade Union Council
Introduction and purpose: This research was conducted to identify student-teachers perceptions of the goals and duties of the Farhangian University Council in Bushehr province in Iran.
Research Methodology: The research method in this study is qualitative. For this purpose, 24 faculty managers, professors and student-teachers were selected using the targeted sampling method. To identify the categories of student teachers' perception of the goals and duties of the union council, the components of student-teacher perception of the goals and duties of the union council were identified and extracted from the method of thematic analysis. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until saturation.
Findings: Finally, 5 components were coded, analyzed and drawn as a network of themes using Stirling's Atriad method. The validity of the research was obtained by using the auditing technique by the referee. To calculate reliability, coding was done by reading the interviews conducted line by line manually in two stages and after the completion of coding, the results of these two codings were compared with each other. The reliability rate of recoding was 85.7. After coding and data analysis, 50 basic themes were extracted. From these basic themes, 11 organizing themes and finally four inclusive themes including: "perceptual skills", "management and organizational structure of the university", "participation in efforts" and "ethical attitudes" which form the model of student teachers' perception of the goals and duties of the Union Council of Farhangian University were identified.
Conclusion: It is very important to pay attention to the dynamic life in teacher training universities, to consider the internal perceptual characteristics of people such as desires, to participate in the pursuit of student rights, to strengthen cooperation spaces, to try to identify the plan and eliminate the union defects of students, to respect them and the participation of teachers in Welfare affairs, physical education and educational services are among the things that are related to the issue of their perception and maintenance.
