چکیده
مناره ها، میراث معنوی فرهنگ های متعدد و متنوع با کارکردهای مختلف مسیریابی، اذان گویی، زیبایی، عظمت بخشی به بناها و نیز کارکردهای اقتصادی و تجاری، هزاران سال است که به حیات خود ادامه می دهند. این بناهای باستانی و اسلامی، دارای کارکردهای نظامی و امنیتی نیز بوده که تاکنون چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. بررسی نقش مناره ها، در امنیت داخلی و عرصه نظامی، مساله مورد نظر این پژوهش است. حاصل این پژوهش که ضمن بررسی متون تاریخی صورت گرفته، گویای این است که مناره ها در جنگ ها و فتوحات، تسخیر قلعه یا دفاع از آنها و امنیت شاهراه های تجاری نقش مهمی ایفا کرده اند. همچنین احداث منار_ نوشته های نظامی در کنار کله مناره های انسانی، به قصد ارائه گزارش لشکرکشی ها و علت ساخت کله مناره ها که خود نوعی تاریخ نگاری محسوب می شده، تنها بخشی از کارکردهای امنیتی و نظامی مناره هاست که در این پژوهش مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.Military-Security Functions of Minarets According to Historical Texts
Minarets, as the spiritual heritage of diverse cultures, have continued to exist for thousands of years with different functions of navigation, call to prayer (Adhan), grandeur, turning buildings into landmarks, as well as economic and commercial functions. These ancient and Islamic structures have also had military and security functions that have not received much attention so far. This research thus aimed to study the role of minarets in domestic security and military. Investigating historical texts shows that minarets have played an important role in wars and conquests, capture of castles or their defense, and making commercial highways secure. Furthermore, the construction of military minaret-inscriptions next to towers of skulls in order to tell of the military campaigns and causes of the buildings of towers of skulls, which per se have been considered as a form of historiography, is only a part of the security and military functions of minarets as discussed in this research.
