چکیده
پدیده بین المللی شدن حقوق بشر با تأسیس کمیسیون حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد در کنار دو نهاد شورای امنیت و مجمع عمومی برای تضمین و حفظ صلح و امنیت بین المللی با توجه به موارد نقض فاحش و گسترده حقوق بشر، آغاز و با جایگزینی شورای حقوق بشر از سوی مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل به جای آن (کمیسیون حقوق بشر) به اوج خود رسید. بحران اخیر میانمار و نقض های شدید حقوق بشری علیه اقلیت مسلمان این کشور که از سال 2012 آغاز شده است، به عنوان یکی از موارد نقض فاحش حقوق بشری است که نیازمند توجه و دخالت جدی شورای حقوق بشر جهت توقف این نسل کشی می باشد.Myanmar Crisis in the Mirror of the Human Rights Council
The phenomenon of internationalization of Human Rights starts by establishing the human Rights Commission along with Security Council and General Assembly to maintenance of International peace and security and respect to human Rights according to the violation of human rights, and Culminated with the replacement by the Human Rights council. <br />Myanmar Crisis and human Rights violation in it which starts 2012 is a case of human Rights violation that needs the Human Rights Council's attention to stopping the Genocide there.
