چکیده
دیپلماسی علم و فناوری مفهوم نوینی است که از علم، نوآوری و فناوری در دیپلماسی برای تقویت گفتگو و همکاری بین ملت ها، افراد و سازمان ها به منظور توسعه روابط بین المللی و منطقه ای استفاده می کند و امروزه جایگاه مهمی بین کشورهای جهان یافته است و دولت ها از این ظرفیت برای افزایش قدرت نرم افزاری خود در نیل به مصالح، منافع و امنیت ملی استفاده می کنند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز در این زمینه با توجه به اهمیت این مسأله و مبتنی بر اسناد بالادستی علمی و بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی اهتمام ویژه ای داشته است ( مسئله ).در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و مبتنی بر گزارش های پایگاه های علمی معتبر بین المللی ( روش ) نشان داده شد رشد پرشتاب و پیشرفت های چشمگیر پژوهشگران علمی و فناوران ایرانی، ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های بالفعل و بالقوه بی نظیری را در حوزه دیپلماسی علم و فناوری فراهم آورده که این ظرفیت ضمن افزایش اعتبار و قدرت جمهوری اسلامی ایران با هدف پیشبرد اهداف و منافع کشور و شکستن دیوار تحریم های علمی و مالی، موجبات الهام بخشی کشورهای اسلامی و منطقه ای را فراهم ساخته است ( یافته )Science and technology diplomacy and Islamic and regional inspiration of the Islamic Republic of Iran
