چکیده
برون سپاری به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای توسعه سازمان ها و ارتقاء بهره وری در قالب کوچک سازی، مورد توجه مدیران و مسئولان سازمان ها قرار گرفته و به صورت های مختلف به اجرا درآمده است.هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی وضعیت برون سپاری اماکن ورزشی شهرستان سمنان با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی است.تحقیق حاضر از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی می باشد. از نظر نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی می باشد که به شکل پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. در بخش کیفی از نرم افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی ( GIS) برای ترسیم پراکنش مکانهای ورزشی بهره گیری شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، 30 مجموعه ورزشی (سرپوشیده و رو باز ) از اماکن ورزشی شهرستان سمنان است.همچنین برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرهای تحقیق 224 نفر به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که قبلا روایی و پایایی آن بررسی شده بود به صورت داوطلبانه پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی و تعیین میزان روابط بین متغیرها مدل یابی ساختاری و سنجش روابط چندگانه بین متغیرها (نرم افزار smart pls) استفاده شد.نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد که پراکنش فضاهای ورزشی در شمال و مرکز شهرستان سمنان بیش از سایر بخش ها است،سرانه فضای ورزشی شهرستان سمنان در استان سمنان دارای رتبه اول و مساحت فضاهای ورزشی دارای رتبه دوم بعد از شاهرود قرار دارد و رشته ورزشی تکواندو ، فوتبال و ژیمناستیک به ترتیب اولویت های ورزشی در شهرستان سمنان هستند و در مجموع روابط بین متغیر ها نشان داد که شرایط علی و شرایط زمینه ایی بر برون سپاری اماکن ورزشی موثر است .به متولیان سازمان های ورزشی پیشنهاد می شود که با یک تقسیم کار بین سازمانی از موازی کاری جلوگیری نمایند تا از این طریق سازمان های ورزشی در دنیای پویا، پیچیده و سریع به سمت برون سپاری اماکن ورزشی به افراد کارآزموده اقدام نمایندو از بروز نتایج منفی برون سپاری جلوگیری نمایند و از طرفی دیگر باعث عملکرد مالی بهتر برون سپاری شوند.Investigating the outsourcing status of sports facilities in Semnan using geographic information system
Outsourcing, as one of the tools for developing organizations and improving productivity in the form of downsizing, has attracted the attention of managers and officials of organizations and has been implemented in different ways. Geographic information. The current research is a mixed qualitative and quantitative type. It is descriptive-correlation in terms of type and applied in terms of purpose, which was conducted in the form of a survey. In the qualitative part, geographic information system (GIS) software was used to map the distribution of sports places. In the qualitative part, the statistical population is 30 sports complexes (indoor and outdoor) from the sports places of Semnan city. Also, to check the relationships between the research variables, 224 people voluntarily answered the researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability had already been checked. Structural modeling and measurement of multiple relationships between variables (smart pls software) were used to investigate and determine the extent of relationships between variables. The results of the survey showed that the distribution of sports spaces in the north and center of Semnan city is more than other parts, the per capita sports space of Semnan city in Semnan province ranks first and the area of sports spaces ranks second after Shahroud. Taekwondo, football and gymnastics are the sports priorities in Semnan city, and in total, the relationships between the variables showed that causal conditions and background conditions are effective on the outsourcing of sports facilities. It is suggested to the trustees of sports organizations to prevent parallel work with an inter-organizational division of work, so that in this way, sports organizations in a dynamic, complex and fast world can outsource sports venues to experienced people. to prevent the negative results of outsourcing and on the other hand to cause better financial performance of outsourcing.
