ارتباط سنجی شاخص های مؤثر در معماری شهر خلاق با توسعه پایدار شهری و منطقه ای (موردمطالعه: شهر کرمان)

چکیده
ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺮﯾﻊ ﺷﻬﺮی، در سال های اخیر اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﺸﺮ را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺮار داده اﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از شاخص ها و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﻬﺮی و ﯾﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮی و خصوصاً در اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ، شهر خلاق با مؤلفه های آن اﺳﺖ. ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎی ﺧﻼق را می توان ﻣﺮاﮐﺰی ﻧﻮآور و ﺧﻼق دانست که می توانند ایده را به ثروت تبدیل کنند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارتباط سنجی بین شاخص های مؤثر در معماری شهر خلاق با توسعه پایدار شهری در شهر کرمان است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی و روش تحقیق پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری 28534 نفر از افراد بالای 18 سال شهر کرمان با جدول مورگان نمونه 384 نفری انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه که روایی صوری و محتوای آن توسط خبرگان تأیید شد و پایائی آن با آلفا کرونباخ 0/880 برآورد شد. روش تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها ماتریس همبستگی و رگرسیون که با نرم افزار spss ورژن 22 محاسبه شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین نقش در پیش بینی متغیر ملاک مؤلفه تکنولوژی داشته است و مؤلفه محیط سازمانی کمترین نقش را دارد. با جلب اعتماد شهروندان برای فعالیت و مشارکت همه جانبه در عرصه های مدیریت و برنامه ریزی شهری از طریق تمرکززدایی از برنامه ها و کارایی و اثربخشی آن ها همچنین با جذب و پرورش استعدادها و ایده های جدید و توجه به سرمایه های انسانی به عنوان یکی از شاخص های شهر خلاق می توان به توسعه پایداری شهری کمک نمود.Correlation of effective indicators in creative City Architecture with Sustainable Urban and Regional Development (Case study: Kerman City)
One of the indicators and variables that have an effect on urban development or sustainable urban development, especially in the dimensions of social development and cultural development, is urban creativity with its components. Creative cities can be considered innovative and creative centers that can turn ideas into wealth. The purpose of this research is to measure the relationship between the effective indicators in the creative city architecture with sustainable urban and regional development in Kerman city.In terms of its purpose, this research is a correlational research and a survey research method. The statistical population of 28,534 people over 18 years of age in Kerman was selected using Morgan's table, a sample of 384 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose face validity and content were confirmed by experts and its reliability was estimated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.880. The method of data analysis is correlation and regression matrix which was calculated with spss software version 22.The findings of the research showed that the technology component had the greatest role in predicting the criterion variable and the organizational environment component had the least role. By gaining the trust of citizens for all-round activity and participation in the fields of urban management and planning through the decentralization of programs and their efficiency and effectiveness, as well as by attracting and cultivating new talents and ideas and paying attention to human capital as one of the indicators of a creative city, it is possible to develop Urban sustainability helped.
