بررسی مؤلفه های اداره امور در زندگی اجتماعیِ انبیا (ع) از منظر قرآن

چکیده
مقوله تدبیر، از جمله مؤلفه های شاخص در حیات اجتماعی انبیا و اولیای الهی به شمار می آید. خداوند، با توجه بر جایگاه بی بدیل آن در نیل به سعادت یا هلاکت انسان، الزامات راهبردی مختلفی را جهت نیل به اهداف و موفقیت آنان در برنامه ریزی های بلند مدت و بهبود آن، در لابلای آیات قرآن بیان فرموده است. تحلیل و تبیین مؤلفه های اداره امور در زندگی اجتماعی انبیا برای نیل به اهداف الهی و انسانی، حائز اهمیت فراوان است که در پژوهش های محققان مشاهده نمی شود. یافته های پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیل مضمون و درون متنی در آیات قرآن، معطوف به این حقیقت مهم است که در امر مدیریت اجتماعی، مؤلفه هایی مهم و راهبردی وجود دارد که می توان با التزام نظری و عینی به هر یک از آن ها، هم مدیریت اسلامی را به نمایش گذاشت و هم جامعه اسلامی را در نیل به اهدافش کمک نمود. در نتیجه می توان مدعی شد که برای نیل به اهداف مطلوب، شناخت محورهای مذکور و عمل به آن ها از لوازم لاینفک تدبیر و مدیریت اسلامی به شمار می آید.A Study of the Components of Managerial Affairs in the Social Lives of the Prophets (AS) from the Perspective of the Holy Qur'an
The concept of "Tadbir" (strategic planning and management) is considered one of the key components in the social lives of prophets and divine saints. God, recognizing the unparalleled position of “Tadbir” in the life span of human beings in achieving happiness or destruction, has outlined, in the verses of the Qur’an, various strategic requirements for achieving their goals and success and improving them in long-term planning. Analyzing and explaining the components of managerial affairs in the social lives of prophets to achieve divine and human goals is of paramount significance, which is not observed in the studies of researchers. The findings of the present study, using descriptive, content analysis, and intra-textual methods in the verses of the Quran, reflect the important fact that in social management, there are significant and strategic components that can display Islamic management and help the Islamic society achieve its goals by committing to each of them both theoretically and practically. As a result, it can be argued that for achieving desirable goals, understanding these key elements and acting upon them is among the essentials of Islamic strategic planning and management.
