چکیده
یکی از عام ترین آموزه های کهن اخلاقی برابر دانستن خود با دیگران، قاعده زرین نام دارد که در گستره زمانی و مکانی از دیرباز مورد توجه مکاتب مختلف قرار گرفته است. این قاعده به عنوان ارزش و هنجار مهم اخلاقی با اتخاذ دیدگاه دیگری سبب ساز درک متقابل افراد از یکدیگر شده و خود سنگ بنای موازین دیگر اخلاقی به شمار می رود. لازمه ی اجرای این قاعده شناخت دقیق نیازها، خیر و شر دیگران با وجدان خویشتن است. قاعده زرین یعنی با دیگران آن گونه رفتار کن که دوست داری با تو رفتار شود و قاعده سیمین، آنچه را برای خود نمی پسندی برای دیگران مپسند، بطور صریح و یا با تقریرهای مختلف در نهج البلاغه مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و از طریق گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای سعی در تببین تقریرهای مختلف قاعده زرین و سیمین در نهج البلاغه را دارد. بر اساس نتایج این بررسی انصاف، عدالت، یکسان انگاری منافع خویشتن با دیگران، عیب پوشی، هم نشینی با اقشار مختلف جامعه و ادب آموزی خویشتن از جمله صورت های مفهومی قاعده زرین در کلام امام علی(ع) است.Conceptual Formulation of the Golden and silver Rules in Imam Ali's Nahj al-Balaghah
One of the most common ancient moral teachings of considering oneself as equal with others is called the Golden Rule, which has long been the focus of different schools in time and world. This rule, as an important moral value and norm, by "adopting another perspective" (perspective_taking) causes the mutual understanding of individuals and is the cornerstone of other moral standards. . The implementation of this rule requires accurate knowledge of the needs, good and evil of others with one's own conscience. In fact, to implement this rule, one must imagine oneself in another position, which causes a kind of epistemological-motivational empathy. The golden rule means "treat others as you would like to be treated" and the golden rule "do not like what others do not like for themselves" is explicitly or with different interpretations in Nahj al-Balaghah. This research uses a descriptive and analytical method and through the collection of library information to try to explain the different interpretations of the golden and silver rules in Nahj al-Balagheh. According to the results of this study, fairness, justice, compassion, identification of self-interests with others, forgiveness, meeting with different sections of society and self-discipline are among the conceptual forms of the golden rule in the words of Amir.
