روش های سید مرتضی در نقد حدیث عدد

چکیده
یکی از افرادی که به صورت روشمند به نقد حدیث می پردازد؛ سیدمرتضی است. او در یکی از آثار خود به نام رساله «الرد علی اصحاب العدد» به نقد اصحاب عدد (قائلین به ۳۰ روز بودن ماه رمضان) می پردازد و احادیثی که ماه رمضان را 30 روز کامل می داند (بدون هیچ کم و کاست)، بررسی و نقد می کند. سیدمرتضی با نقد این روایات، اتمام ماه رمضان را با رویت هلال ماه(چه 29 روزه و چه 30 روزه) صحیح می داند . او در نقد روایات مورد استناد اصحاب عدد با استفاده از روش های مختلف از جمله: استدلال به اجماع و استناد به آیات(بقره/ 189 و یونس/5) بی اعتبار بودن سخن آنان را اثبات می کند، او قیاس را که مورد استناد اصحاب عدد است؛ فاقد حجیت می داند و بر اساس علم لغت به نقد روایات مورد استناد آن ها می پردازد . همچنین سیدمرتضی روایات مورد استناد آن ها را مخالف اخبار مشهور و سیره تاریخی مسلمانان می داند. روش ها و معیارهای سیدمرتضی در نقد دیدگاه های عدد تنها در قالب نقد متنی منحصر بوده و به نقد سندی نمی پردازد. روش جمع آوری مطالب در این پژوهش، کتابخانه ای بوده و روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد.Sayyid Murtaza's Methods in Criticizing Hadith Al-Adad
One of the people who methodically criticizes hadith is Sayyid Morteza. In one of his works, "Al-Rad 'Ala hadith e al-'Add", he criticizes the companions of the number (the 30 days of Ramadan) and reviews hadiths that consider Ramadan to be complete for 30 days (without any shortcomings). By criticizing these hadiths, Al-Sayyid Murtaza considers the end of Ramadan correct with the sight of the crescent moon (whether 29 days or 30 days). In criticizing hadiths cited by the companions of the number using different methods such as: reasoning for consensus and citing verses (Baqara/189/ 189 and Yunus/5) proves that their speech is discredited, he considers the analogy which is cited by the companions of the number as lacking in ijjat and according to the word science, he criticizes the hadiths cited by them. Also, al-Sayyid Murtaza considers the hadiths cited by them to be against the famous news and historical traditions of Muslims. Seyed Morteza's methods and criteria in criticizing the views of the number are exclusive only in the form of textual criticism and do not deal with documentary criticism. The method of collecting materials in this research is library and the research method is descriptive-analytical.
