چکیده
همگرایی منطقه ای در انواع مختلف در بخش های مختلف جهان صورت می گیرد که تشکیل اتحادیه گمرکی یکی از انواع آن است. اتحادیه گمرکی اوراسیا سال ها پس از فروپاشی شوروی و تجربیات مختلف همگرایی که کشورهای پسا شوروی آن را تجربه کرده اند، اکنون جدیدترین و مهم ترین روند همگرایی در منطقه پسا شوروی است. اتحادیه گمرکی اوراسیا در سال 2010 ایجاد شد و در سال 2015 وارد مرحله اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا گردید. گسترش پدیده جهانی شدن اقتصاد سبب شد تا روابط و همکاری کشورها در جهت تحصیل منافع در قالب همکاری های منطقه ای در دستور کار بسیاری از کشورهای درحال توسعه به ویژه کشور ایران قرار گیرد. تعامل با اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا ایران را در ایجاد زمینه های لازم برای تجارت ترجیحی و همگرایی اقتصادی با خود مشتاق نموده است. این مطالعه با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تلاش می کند تا جایگاه ایران در تعامل با منطقه اوراسیا را با گزاره های اقتصادی بیان کند. با توجه به اینکه بین ج.ا.ایران و این اتحادیه مذاکراتی در خصوص امضای توافقنامه تجارت آزاد اقتصادی در جریان است و این امر می تواند پیامدهایی بر کشور داشته باشد، اهمیت فهم روندی که در حال اتفاق است دوچندان می شود.The role of the Eurasian Economic Union in the development of Iran's foreign trade
Regional integration takes place in different parts of the world that trade unions are one of them. Foreign trade as the engine of development has made it widely welcomed by countries involved in economic development. The Eurasian Customs Union is now the newest and most important convergence process in the post-Soviet region, years after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the various experiences of convergence experienced by post-Soviet countries. The Eurasian Customs Union was established in 2010 and entered the Eurasian Economic Union in 2015 The expansion of the globalization phenomenon of economies has made the relations and cooperation of countries in the interest of being in the form of regional cooperation put on the agenda of many developing countries, especially Iran. Interaction with the Eurasian Economic Union has made Iran eager to provide the necessary background for preferential trade and economic integration. This study attempts to imply Iran's position in interacting with the Eurasian region with economic propositions. Given that negotiations are under way between the Iranian government and the union over the signing of the Free Trade Agreement, which could have implications for the country; the importance of understanding the ongoing process is doubled.
