The Impact of US Economic Sanctions on the Health Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Corona
The United States is increasingly using economic sanctions to achieve its foreign policy goals. It imposes sanctions unilaterally or through influence in the UN Security Council on countries that challenge its goals and aspirations. One of the countries that has been subject to the most severe US economic sanctions for more than 40 years is the Islamic Republic of Iran. In corona pandemic conditions US sanctions did not diminish despite the opposition of most countries, and this affected health security in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which to show the hostile approach of the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran can indicate the importance and necessity of the issue. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to answer the question: In the context of the Corona pandemic, what effect has the unilateral US sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran had on the health security of the citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran? In response to the question, the hypothesis is that US unilateral sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran during the coronavirus epidemic have affected the health care system and the health security of Iranian citizens and the Islamic Republic of Iran faced a serious problem in controlling the epidemic. چکیده
آمریکا به طور فزاینده ای از تحریم اقتصادی به منظور دستیابی به اهداف خود در سیاست خارجی استفاده می نماید. یکی از کشورهایی که بیش از 40 سال است تحت شدیدترین تحریم های اقتصادی آمریکا قرار گرفته، جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که در شرایط پاندمی کرونا نیز تحریم های آمریکا با وجود مخالفت بیشتر کشورها، کاهش پیدا نکرد و همین امر امنیت سلامت را در جمهوری اسلامی ایران متأثر ساخت که پرداختن به این امر برای نشان دادن رویکرد خصمانه آمریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران می تواند بیانگر اهمیت و ضرورت موضوع باشد؛ بنابراین سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که تحریم های یک جانبه آمریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شرایط پاندمی کرونا چه تأثیری بر امنیت سلامت شهروندان جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته است؟ در پاسخ به سؤال مقاله، فرضیه ای به این صورت طرح می گردد که تحریم های یک جانبه آمریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در زمان همه گیری ویروس کرونا بر سیستم مراقبت های بهداشتی و امنیت سلامت شهروندان ایرانی تأثیر گذاشته و جمهوری اسلامی ایران را برای کنترل و مهار همه گیری با مشکل جدی مواجه کرد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که تحریم اقتصادی یک ابزار مهم در سیاست خارجی آمریکا بوده و معیارهای اخلاقی و ملاحظات بشردوستانه تأثیری بر عدم به کارگیری تحریم از سوی آن کشور نداشته و در شرایط همه گیری کرونا نیز تحریم های اقتصادی آمریکا، امنیت سلامت در جمهوری اسلامی ایران را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی_تحلیلی بوده و از منابع کتابخانه ای و پویش اینترنتی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده است.تبلیغات
