چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش نظریه انتخاب بر خودکارآمدی و شادکامی زنان انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان متأهل مراجعه کننده به خانه سلامت منطقه 6 شهر تهران بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 30 نفر برای دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر و آدامز (1981) و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد(1989) و همچنین پروتکل آموزشی نظریه انتخاب به مدت 8 جلسه ی 45 دقیقه ای بود که بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. پرسشنامه ها در ابتدا و انتهای آموزش اجرا شد و جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS24 و بهره گیری از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از قبیل آزمون نرمال بودن توزیع داده ها، تحلیل ANCOVA و MANOVA انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد. آموزش نظریه انتخاب بر خودکارآمدی و شادکامی زنان مراجعه کننده به سرای محله منطقه 6، تاثیر دارد(P<0.05).آموزش نظریه انتخاب باعث 79.6 درصد تغییر در نمره های خودکارآمدی و باعث 79.7 تغییر در نمره های شادکامی شد(P<0.05). نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که از روش آموزش نظریه انتخاب می توان برای افزایش سطح خودکارآمدی و شادکامی زنان استفاده نمود.

The effectiveness of selection theory training on self-efficacy and happiness of women referring to Local Council, District 6, Tehran

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of selection theory training on women's self-efficacy and happiness. The statistical population of the study included married women referring to the health center in district 6 of Tehran that 30 people were selected for the experimental and control groups by available sampling method. Data collection tools included the Scherer and Adams Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (1981) and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (1989) as well as a training protocol of choice theory for 8 sessions 45-minute performed on the experimental group. Questionnaires were administered at the beginning and end of the training and data collection was performed using SPSS24 software and descriptive and inferential statistics such as test of normality of data distribution, ANCOVA and MANOVA analysis. Research findings showed. Choice theory training has an effect on self-efficacy and happiness of women referring to Sarai Mahalla District 6 (P <0.05). Choice theory training caused 79.6% change in self-efficacy scores and caused 79.7% change in happiness scores (P <0.05). The results show that the method of teaching choice theory can be used to increase the level of self-efficacy and happiness of women.
