تحلیل و تبیین آیه34 سوره نساء با توجه به عبارت قرآنی «اضربوهن»

چکیده
بحث «ضرب النساء» از مباحث حوزه زنان در قرآن است که در سده اخیر، به جهت گسترش نظریات فمینیسنی، در معرض تردید قرار گرفته است. از جمله دلایل تردید، ابهامی است که در تعیین مرزهای آن وجود دارد؛ ازاین رو تعیین دامنه آن گامی در جهت زدودن تردید خواهد بود؛ پژوهش پیش رو به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که گستره ضرب النساء (اضربوهن) با توجه به مؤلفه های آن در در آیه 34 نساء چیست. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و نرم افزاری به این نتیجه رسیده است که هر یک از مؤلفه های «ضرب النساء» یعنی «هدف»، «مضروب»، «ضارب»، «مکان ضرب» و «انواع ضرب» تعیین کننده دامنه «ضرب» است و هریک از مؤلفه های یادشده به گونه ای مرزهای آن را محدود می کنند. مؤلفه «هدف»، با «تأدیب» و «تنبیه»، مؤلفه «مضروب» با «عصیان الهی»، مؤلفه «ضارب»، با «زدن از روی محبت» و مؤلفه «مکان ضرب»، با «اِعمال آن در خلوت» محدود می شوند.An Analysis and Explanation of Verse 34 of Surah Nisa According to the Qur'anic Expression "Izribouhon"
The issue of Zarb al-Nisa (beating women) is one of the topics related to women in the Qur'an, which has been questioned in the recent century due to the spread of feminist ideas. Among the reasons for doubt is the ambiguity in determining its boundaries. Therefore, determining its scope will be a step towards removing doubt. The present study seeks to answer the question of what is the scope of Zarb al-Nisa (Izribouhon) according to its components in verse 34 of Nisa. This study has come to the conclusion by descriptive, analytical method and using library and software resources that each of the components of "Zarb al-Nisa" i.e. "target", "Mazroub (the one who is beaten)", "Zarib (The one who beats)", "place of beating" and "types of beating" "determines the scope of "beating" and each of the mentioned components limit its boundaries in a way. The component of "goal", with "discipline" and "punishment", the component of "mazroub" with "divine rebellion", the component of "Zarib", with "beating out of love" and the component of "place of beating", with "applying it in private" are limited.
