تحلیل چالش های بازنمایی فرهنگ در محور لاله زار با تاکید بر بازآفرینیِ فرهنگ مبنا (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
نوشتار حاضر درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که با توجه به پتانسیل کالبدی و فرهنگی پهنه خیابان لاله زار و قدمت تجاری، فرهنگی، هنری و سیاحتی این محدوده، «عناصر و عوامل فرهنگی چه نقشی در بازآفرینی شهری در بافت لاله زار دارد؟» بر این اساس هدف از این مقاله شناسایی ساختار حاکم بر بافت قدیمی لاله زار و ارائه راه کارهایی برای بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا است. انگاره «بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا» به عنوان گزینه ای موفق در عرصه «مرمت و حفاظت شهری» است. در این رویکرد، «ایجاد شهر- فرهنگ» و «شهر- رویداد» در باززنده سازی بافت های قدیمی که به لحاظ قدمت تاریخی، میراث کالبدی سرشار از یادمان های تاریخی است نقش محوری ایفا می نماید. روش مطالعه کیفی و ابزار اصلی آن مصاحبه عمیق و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از مدل SWOT است. بر اساس این روش، نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهدید های پیش روی ساختار جتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، فعالیت های همگانی، سیما و منظر، تردد و دسترسی و محیط زیست محدوده ی خیابان لاله زار شناسایی و تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاکی است که نقاط ضعف زیادی در مقابل نقاط قوت و در مقابل فرصت های بیشتری در مقابل تهدید های پیش روی محله لاله زار وجود دارد. بنابراین لازم است که با ارائه راهبردهای مناسب از جمله راهبردهای متمرکز و با تأکید بر بهبود وضع موجود، در جهت از بین بردن نقاط ضعف و خنثی کردن تهدیدهای موجود اقدام نمود تا در زمینه بازآفرینی شهری به وضعیت مطلوب تری دست یافت. با هدف بازآفرینی فرهنگ مبنا وضعیت نهایی راهبردی محدوده بیشتر به سوی تامین زیرساخت های تجدید حیات مکان های فرهنگی بافت قدیم و احیای خاطره جمعی است. تحقق این سیاست با اقداماتی از قبیل تغییر کاربری ها و پویایی ابنیه قدیمی، به ایجاد کاربری های فرهنگی تفریحی باورپذیر منجر می شود.Analysis of the challenges of cultural representation in Lalezar with an emphasis on the base culture- based reproduction
We tried to study this area by focusing on the cultural basis by evaluating the potentials, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the region. Obviously, the study method in this qualitative article and its main tool is in-depth interview and data analysis using the SWOT model. To investigate the issue, strategies based on the principle of regeneration approach in historical contexts based on culture have been presented, which by applying these strategies and policies to upgrade and develop infrastructure and network of roads by defining and strengthening the tourism sidewalk and equipping and expanding public spaces. And helps to recreate urban spaces on the sidewalk of Lalehzar Street and help develop and provide urban services by modernizing or creating new uses, as well as modeling using valuable concepts and patterns in the historical-cultural context of this old street. Ultimately, the implementation of such strategies will enhance the presence and participation of residents and investors to recreate the culture of the base. The results of SWOT analysis showed that; Aggressive and competitive strategies occupied the largest area in the need for cultural regeneration of the region. This shows that the final strategic position of the region is more towards providing the infrastructure of revitalization in the form of improvements, renovation and reconstruction of cultural sites of the old texture and revival of the collective memory of the old Lalehzar.
